Breakfast hash browns were raw in middle. I don't return items to kitchen for redo. I don't trust the cooks. Will not return.
Server was great and food was awesome as always. Try to stop when I come back to visit, best strawberry pie around!
Good food but the waitress we had really sucked worst waitress I've ever had. Very rude, lazy, tried to over charge us, and never even brought our drinks I had to ask another waitress to bring them after not getting them for almost an hour
It was my niece's 16th birthday and we popped in for just dessert, the waitress was super sweet, and the entire staff came out and sang her Happy birthday! Thank you for such a great experience!
Service was very slow. Started with 1/2 cup of coffee and waited 20 min for a refill. Only saw our server 2 times during entire meal. Food was good though. Stay away on Sunday’s!
Big Boy is a great place to eat only if they would not have a rude waiter' everytime we go there she is rude
Very good buffet but sone of the plates were not clean. The bathrooms were clean. The service although at the front desk was kind, our server was never there to give us refills or pick up plates from the buffet.
Breakfast was good, but make sure you ask for your hash browns crispy or they will be undercooked everytime. Other than that the staff was nice and friendly. And my mother enjoyed her slim Jim.
Enjoy the buffet, they still have service issues to work on, maybe the next generation waitresses will be more culture compliant, we tipped anyway, it's noticeable,
It's not the big boy I remember, not as many choices my favorite strawberry cheesecake shake is gone. Just kinda sad to see such a great family resturant of my childhood trying to survive.
