Love the fry's but miss the potato cakes and onion rings

Just worked 13 hours and ended up sitting in drive thru for 30 minutes, wasted 2 gallons of gas, and spent over $40 on "fast" food. There is obviously a management problem. The lobby was open and not enough employees to run both! Felt bad for patrons standing in line, wasting gas, and the workers trying to do their best with too little!!!
Seems they never get the order correct
Very disappointed! Didn't get what was ordered and the fries were hard! The food was not good at all.
The lady at the cash register was really nice. My husband ordered a number one. He enjoyed his roast beast sandwich. Our daughter at the fries with the Arby's sauce. She said she really liked the sauce. My husband also got an apple turnover. He said it was good. I remember when they use to have chocolate turnovers. They were the best. Anyway, I can't eat fast food now because of allergies, but this place was clean and nice.
I used to get Arby's on occasion since it's always been more pricey than other fast food. I never used to have complaints either but now the past 3 times I went there I have been blown away with how terrible not only the food but cost and finally the food and orders being wrong. I think it would take something big for me to go again. Last straw was sour meat both taste and smell, I didn't even keep the bite in my mouth,it smelled as soon as took a bite and the sour taste hit me. So very very Gross! I don't except nothing extraordinary but I sure don't expect rotten.
Not sure if anything was different but man my food on this day was amazing! I had 2 corned beef sliders and Mac & cheese. Yummy
Friendly and food was good and fresh. Wayne was at the drive thru and did such a wonderful, job even upsold me. I'd hire him!
Turkey farm fresh sandwich is delicious.
