Don’t care, neither do they. Chicken no spice, all sweet and drowning. Whatever, place sucks.Enjoy the soup
First time ordering. Very good on freshness and veggies a good tender crisp. However, flavor of the sauces is very bland for our two dishes ( Hunan Chicken and garlic shrimp and scallops). The egg roll cooked well, but was very typical and bland- lacking complexity and flavor. Lastly, the seafood order had only about 4 shrimp and 3 scallops. Worth ordering again- will try something else.
When you find a great Chinese take out near you, stop looking and stick with it. This is it. We've tried several others in the area and this is our go-to. Every time, they get it right. The fried items aren't soggy or mushy. The sauces are what we hoped they would be. The meats are tender. The portions are generous and the prices are right. The store front is always clean and the staff are nice and friendly. We're not going anywhere else for Chinese carry out in Madison Heights/Warren. When you arrive, you'll find others picking up who feel the same way.
I'm a bit of a Chinese restaurant connoisseur - and going off over 100 places across dozens of counties through multiple states - this is easily one of the best take-out Chinese restaurants anywhere, and easily the best for many miles around here - fairly priced, always fast, always fresh, and always delicious! ?
Came here on Valentines day and I was obsessed! Massive portions! My fiance was in the area again so he picked some up for me. The Almond chicken and cream cheese wontons are THE BEST! I substituted my rice for lo mein. Super happy! Thanks for the extra fortune cookie too! Gave one to my fiance! A1, 10 out of 10
Overall, a solid Chinese takeout option. The potions are large enough that my dinner special lasted three separate meals. Both the Sesame and Sweet & Sour Chicken were tasty. They did a good job with the rice and Lo Mein, both were flavorful. My biggest concern is the chicken had a little too much breading so it gets soggy quickly if you order with sauce on top. Will be going back!
Super large helpings! And it tastes really good! The rice is a good flavor. We ordered sesame chicken, almond, and general taos chicken, fried dumplings and cream cheese wontons. Everything was great! My fiance said they were his new favorite wonton. I think this is the BEST almond chicken I have ever had. The general chicken wasn't really spicy, more like the sesame with a little pepper, on the sweet side. But I am glad I ordered from here. Enough food for an army. Huge egg rolls too. The women running the shop and orders was super nice. I would order from here again.
Best food I've ever had! Even though we moved out of state, we still eat there at least twice while we are in town. We even buy a bunch to bring home!
The most disappointingly average Chinese food I've ever had. The orange chicken sauce was perfect for .5 seconds and then disappeared, and it was the first General Tsu chicken ive had that wasnt spicy, but sweet. It was also the first time that an eggroll tasted rotting, and It makes me think that it was either old or frozen. It would get a solid 2.5 stars if i could, but ill give it +0.5 stars for the candy at the front.
Ordered Cashew Chicken combo and Orange Chicken combo.Cashew chicken wasn’t anything beyond standard fare. The chicken fried rice that came with it had no chicken. Egg roll was super greasy.Orange Chicken was dark meat chicken. I hate dark meat chicken. Also got a Wonton soup large. Had a grand total of 6 wontons in a giant container of chicken broth. To put icing on the cake…I looked at the carryout menus. Prices are up 33%! That even beats current inflation.Never again.Reply to owner….If you dont use dark meat chicken in dishes then its poor quality chicken. Very fatty and stringy.$9 dishes to 12-13? That’s outrageous.Too many more better restaurants out there.
