Every time I come here all the servers are in a good mood, my food is always hot and fresh, friendly suggestive sales and they often make me laugh with there fun personalities. This has been the only location worth driving to, that doesn’t have a super long line of waiting… whomever the night staff is -Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!
The 4 stars is for the staff the other night. I have to say they were absolutely the nicest I've ever encountered at fast food...no issues with our order either. Big kudos, made my night with how pleasant and respectful.

Thia is the only one ill give 5 stars to. The crew they have (esp in the pm) is amazing. Every time its exactly how it should be quick and fresh. The ppl are super friendly there. Never have had bad service and on the rare chance that somethings wrong they fix it with no issues. They aint bougie like mcdonalds ?
I saw the “Manager” handle my food with no gloves and i proceed to ask “is that my food he’s handling with no gloves?” And he says “I’m the manager i know what I’m doing, I don’t need gloves for this part” as if that’s an excuse and as if it’s not a pandemic going on and as if his fingers wasn’t centimeters from touching my food! I would not recommend highly ghetto, lazy employees and i have trouble every time i come to this location. Very unprofessional and the employees are representing the brand terribly!

Every aspect of my (first ever) visit was garbage. SUPER rude drive thru attendant, got my order wrong, put a side of sauce in my bag with no lid so everything was covered in honey mustard, and I couldn't tell because I got no receipt, but since when is a grilled chicken sandwich $9? Skip this place and save yourself some money and a whole lot of frustration.
Ordered a Wendy's single and a small diet coke. Didn't check my order at the drive thru window. Got 2 orders of chicken nuggets.
My five stars are for the awesome man at the window Quan. Gave me a great customer experience with his cool attitude
Worst Wendy's location in the Metro Deteoit area. Zero stars should be given. Food is never fresh, orders are regularly wrong. The building is out of date, time to tear it down. I'm convinced they recruit and hire inner city 'workers' with zero food prep or customer service experience out of desperation
