I ordered my food. She asked me was there anything else. I told her yes, I was just pausing because I wanted to make sure she heard my first order. A lot of times the orders have to be repeated because they are so busy they ask you for your order and then heard nothing you said. I placed my second order. I got to the window. My lemonade had ice and I said no ice for both lemonades. They only had it written down for no ice in one lemonade. Then the lady just emptied the ice out and gave me back my same cups. Next time listen to the darn order. The dequindre and 12 mile location.

First off dry attitude, no hello, How may I help you, its just.....go ahead with your order. Second, I order a single combo, with a tropical Berry lemonade, only to get all the way home to open up my sandwich to find a kid size piece of meat that was burnt on an oversized bun, then the drink was wrong, it was a plan pink lemonade instead of what I ordered. This is the 2nd time that my food was not right. I don't come to this location that often, but I thought I'd give them another try, and this happens again. Won't be back.

My God awful customer service. Went in today for a drive thru sandwich. Handwritten note says speaker busted. No big deal, it happens. Like any sane person I drive to the window to order. Handwritten note says window broken.Fine, I go inside. After 10 minutes, no service and lobby is filling up. I call out "can we get some service here, please?". Guy on the fryer ignores me. I call out again, louder. Another guy comes out and says, "sorry, only 3 of us here." Doesn't say when I can expect service or start taking orders, just leaves.If I spend 15 minutes without service, when it is clear they lied on their signs and did not provide expectations on when service is coming, I'm going to take my business elsewhere. I hope you do too.

Absolutely horrid. I just received my order from this location (I did Delivery on the Wendy's App) and I'm shocked at how horrible it is. All of the fries were cold and soggy, 2 items are missing completely, and most of the items that had things removed or added are completely wrong. Avoid this location at all costs. There are much better Wendy's locations that aren't too far from this one. I'll never be back to this location again.

Came through drive thru at about 10pm. There were about 5 cars in line including me, and it took about 20 minutes. The employees at the speaker and window were polite and efficient, but they were standing around waiting for table. The burger was hot and delicious, but the fries, nuggets and classic crispy chicken were cold, hard and stale.

I noticed that while I was waiting for my food at least 2 of the employees were not wearing a mask. ( I normally don't care what you do but while making my food please wear a freaking mask)! Have you heard about omicron!?) Then I thought if They are not wearing masks in front of the customers what else will they cut corners on? ?? $20 bucks waisted!

Service was friendly. Could see the gal who waited on me busting her butt. Burger was great. Fries right out of the bag were cold and limp. Ordered two large chili's for work lunches. (Pics posted)Got shorted about 25% in each cup. I don't mind paying your prices. But please don't cheat me!

NASTY STUFF WAS HANDED OUT OF THE WINDOW AND I GOT A REFUND.Saw the French fry commercial that tricked me into coming back after my last horrific treatment at the same location. Break the chains people let it go sums up the last visit. The most oil soaked cold fries ever handed out a drive through occurred during this experience. At least I was issued a refund and that's worth 1 star....

Good food good price, what else could you ask for! Great fries!!!
