Possibly the worst Tim Hortons around. It’s like “ Would you like some coffee with this cup of ice?” As you can see in the photo there’s more ice than Latte in my cup. This place never fails to disappoint me. The only thing worse is the Dunkin’ Donuts next door. I normally never go to either one of these shitholes but for the sake of time it was either go here or lose a big chunk of time to get coffee somewhere else. You heard it her folks this should be a last resort destination for your coffees, Cold brews and Iced lattes.
I don't normally do stuff like this however the new woman who works at the drive-thru she's heavier set and she is a woman of color she is extremely rude she got my order wrong and instead of asking me how we could fix the problem she continued to argue with me and tell me that that is what I ordered when it wasn't so now I'm drinking a coffee the wrong size made incorrectly she didn't even bother to attempt to make it right. She closed the window on us.that's why I'm leaving a bad review she is horrible and this place used to be good not even a few weeks ago but now it seems to have gone downhill too bad it was a good place before this.
Customer service awful. I don’t want to go through whole incident but would like to say we keep these businesses going and if I am paying for something which keeps you a job you should respect me and your job security. You ppl need to go to school and allow these kids to work. Stop taking your anger/poverty issues on patrons and invest in your future.
I LOVE ? this location. O go through the drive thru every morning before work. They're quick and make my coffee ☕ PERFECT !
The cashier gets into it with the costumer in front of me because the cashier keeps messing up her order, so the costumer leaves and the cashier tells another employee next time just spit in her coffee. WOW really I will never come back here again... I asked to speak to the manager to let her know what this employee said and she tells me she is the manager, this lady should be removed from running this store.... She said her name was Jennifer
For quick tasty coffee or sandwich a great place to patronize but the lines are sometimes long. ?
This is one of the worst tim Horton's around. Got in line at 1:23, pm got to the order window at 1:39. The first thing you hear is a message that says they close at 2pm. Tried to order a apple fritter and coffee, no fritters, asked about a bagel and was told they stop serving food at 1pm. Got a donut and coffee which was good and the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. This was on a regular Saturday, not any kind of holiday. Ridiculous business mode.
Disappointed. I asked for no chocolate tidbits and got all chocolate. One of my grandchildren got nothing because he can't have chocolate.
I wish I could give them zero stars. Waited in line for 30min for an uncooked sandwich!! 5 LAZY GIRLS STANDING AROUND STARING AT THE CEILING. This is work, not a social hour. People are on thier way to work, have some sense of urgency or you won't be open long!!!!
