The boba here is delicious, I appreciate the use of paper straws and I like the ambiance of this store. I think the actual boba pearls are made perfectly and to me taste better than some others I have tried.Like many others have said, it is disappointing to not be able to adjust sugar or ice levels. There also don't seem to be different flavor or size options like most boba places have, it's pretty much milk tea or coffee for the boba drinks. I also found the rewards program to be disappointing. At other boba places you can get a free boba drink after 10 purchases but here the reward is just a green tea. All these things do make it difficult to justify the $7 price for a smaller cup than other places offer at that price. If it didn't taste good, I would definitely have rated it lower but if you don't mind paying a bit more than usual, it is worth at least giving it a try because it does taste great.
All recipe drinks and not many custom options. This is not your average Boba tea place. As in they don't even have Thai Milk Tea on the menu which is a basic boba drink. That kind of reduced the authenticity of this place for me. They have all speciality creations. I got the best seller for myself, which was yummy but the strong coffee taste ruined it for me. The drinks aren't very sweet. I liked that because I normally get my sweetness level brought down to 75% sugar. So if you have a sweet tooth I suggest ordering your drink more sweet (at least for the best seller). They gave me 3 paper straws for 2 cups. Which was necessary considering paper straws don't last long for me. The lady who served was very direct and I felt slightly rushed or pressured by her. Menus already make me anxious enough. But overall a decent experience.
We ordered the #5 Black sugar boba & pudding milk with cream mousse. It was so delicious! The cashier was nice, friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back!
This is the best Boba tea shop hands down. 100/10!! I have tried almost every bubble tea shop in that area and to be honest, I will never go back to those places again except TIGER SUGER! My husband and I always order different drinks to share and we are never disappointed. Everything is fresh and I love the brown sugar smell. Order XL because it is more satisfying then a Large. I have tried all the bubble tea except the tea with foam. The Signature Number 1 is the one that I LOVE the most and Number 4 (Coffee Latte) is my husband's favorite. I highly recommend this place and you'll never be disappointed!
Better than expectation since there are so many bubble tea store around. The selection is not as many as others but the taste are not bad. It’s still a pretty new store, the restroom is very clean, please keep it.It’s called tiger sugar, but you’ll still be able to adjust sugar level for some of drinks.
Great boba milk as always! Their boba is handmade so it’s very chewy and marinated in brown sugar so it’s sweet and flavorful! It’s on par with the Tiger Sugar stores in NYC!Service was also very friendly and quick!
It's finally here! First heard of Tiger sugar in Asia 7 years ago and had to put up with making my own all this time. So glad that we finally have one in Michigan! Tastes exactly the same. One thing many people are not aware of is that Tiger Sugar does not have tea in their signature drinks. In fact, very few of them have tea, so just take note of it. This works for me as I am very sensitive to caffeine ( i don't drink coffee) and most milk teas keep me up at night. Highly recommend getting their signature brown sugar milk with the pearls. They are chewy and go great with the drink!
Some good boba, definitely hits the spot if you are looking for something sweet.
My daughter was super excited when this opened a few months ago. We just had to try it and we've been there a couple of times already. There's always a line when we go. You can order at the cashier or at the self order machine or even their app ( i think you can get points, rewards, or discount if you order thru their app - please check not sure). I always order the brown sugar boba with pudding :)
I LOVE tiger sugar. I think it's probably got the best tiger tea I've had so far.
