I don't get why it's so hard to put sauce into a bag with delivery. Once I understand, twice is annoying but it happens, but EVERY TIME?Workers everywhere are getting more and more terrible. It's simple directions for Christ sake. Now I can't get my fat on without going to a store to get some kinda sauce. Thanks Obama.
I gave Taco Bell five stars,the gentleman who forgot my pop definitely made it right the next day.he actually rolled out the red carpet for his mistake I truly appreciate you young man.You made my day, keep up the good work.
I ordered in the app and there was a long line at the window. I waited at the box for a few minutes. No one answered. So I went to the window and waited another 5 minutes and had to knock on the glass, only be told "No you didn't place no order cuz we close at 7" despite the app showing they close at 2am and my order was in. Taco Bell does NOT respect your time. All they have to do it update the hours and put up a sign instead they waste everyone's time waiting for NOTHING.
Started out with one of the rudest people in drive tru .. she tried to not give me a receipt ?. Then my very simple order 3 tacos not lettuce and xtra cheese .. My order was expensive and WRONG like every taco came wrong from lettuce to sour cream to no cheese.. couldn’t believe it was that hard to make 3 tacos and get everyone wrong .. smh niw the no receipt came into play cause the food wrong she tried tell me That they can’t fix order so I’m like give me money back she says she can’t after I just watched her be very racist giving extra good to car in front of me being nice all that made sure food was right for the people ahead of me when I came back k with the inedible food then was rude disrespectful and flat out mean to me like I’m being nice but it was worst experience I’ve had ever will never go there again I really suggest u check your hood at window
I waited 20 minutes to get to the window to place my order, and the staff told me it’s gonna be another 10 minutes to wait for my order because they were short staffed, their were 5 people working inside. I didn’t just wait 20 minutes in line just to leave now, I’ll wait. My food took 2 minutes to make and Everything was cold with no sauce in the bag. The BEST part of my Saturday extravaganza was the Baja Blast. If there’s a line at this Taco Bell just to next door to KFC or Arbys.
This taco bell always has a line, but, they are open at odd hours of the night and always serve warm non crusty food. They are a reliable 3 am place to eat.
Went for breakfast, because Taco Bell breakfast is legendary, in my opinion. The staff was nice and when I ordered a mix of vegetarian and meat items, they marked them for me and told me at the window which was which. I’ve been a vegetarian for 13 years — never has a Taco Bell gone out of their way to respect my dietary restrictions, until now. Much appreciated.
Prices on menu boards are not correct. Menu said $3.99 for a chicken quesadilla and i was charged $4.79. Brought it to their attention and they just ignored it.... asked for hot sauce and didnt get any. Ordered fiesta potatoes and they didnt give me a fork
Terrible place. They take the right amount of money. Give you less than half your order and no receipt. Then refuses to correct the problem. Yea owner should be in jail for credit card fraud.
Food Sucks! I’ve gone here several times, thinking, maybe it was just that day that the food sucked. But it sucks. They give you more beans n wrap than anything. Food not made to standard. Ordered 2 five layer barittos. Tasted nothing but beans and wrap, plus it was Cold!
