First, I must say our subs were exquisite. Five stars there, but I have to take one star away due to the service. Don’t get me wrong, the team was very friendly and knowledgeable. But. I presented a coupon, buy one footlong and get one footlong free. I was told by the subway gentleman, he couldn’t accept my coupon. The best he could offer me is ‘buy two for like 13 bucks’. I was like, okay, fair enough. They don’t take coupons, no problem. But when the next customer came in and started ordering his subs, the young subway man says to the customer, ‘did you have a coupon today?’ Really? What?? Really??!

Their doors and online says they’re open at 930. When I called they said 10 and she sounded like she was sleeping. The others times I’ve been in, the employees very publicly treat each other badly. It’s sad. My online orders have never been correct.

I tried Subway ? for lunch today after seeing the new menu ?.The new steak and cheese is tasty ?. I don't really know if it really much better than before as the flavors of Subway were all still there but perhaps the steak was bit more tender and the sandwich was put away with gusto.
