me and my wife was there Friday the food was so disgusting I ordered pepper steak and it comes out with 4 piece of steak and no gravy just steak and rice my wife ordered chicken pita and it comes out not cooked all the way and we sat there 45 minutes waiting on our food never again

Overall, take out experience was satisfactory. Recently meals purchased during December 2021: breakfasts were good, meatloaf dinner very good, lemon rice soup decent, veggie soup was too salty and sirloin dinner completely unseasoned. Hosts must pay attention to orders and deliver what's actually requested. The online menu for orders needs to be updated to reflect current pricing.

My experience at this restaurant was very nice For a very long time. However I got extremely bad service one day and decided to leave and contact the manager.It took quite a few days to sit down with the manager but he said that he was going to give me a few free meals. He apologized to me and said he was going to make this right; after all, I had been coming in there almost daily for almost a year. This however did not happen.After patiently hearing me out and apologizing I came back for a second meal for free after my first one and he told me that there would be no more free meals and that's not what he said anyway. After being embarrassed by his waitresses, he in turns lies to my face. He knows he said he was going to make this right; he even said he'd make me something for dinner. This is my thanks for having spent over $1,000 there.Why did Frank lie, I do not know .But I know what he said and he knows what he said.
Great food, good portions, and reasonable prices. Service could have been a little better, but it was understandable as waitress was handling lots of tables.
This is just about ok. The food is as basic as you can get. I don't believe any of the cooks understand what seasons are. Then they charge you a 3% fee for the opportunity to pay them for the food. There is a McDonald's across the street. You will get better food there and not be charged extra to pay for it. Stay away.
