Great amazing food and service
My husband and I stopped by Red Robbin after the movies on Memorial Day. Our waitress was very pleasant and nice. However they had her waiting tables and working the bar. Which is probably why our food came out cold. Mine came without the onion straws that was suppose to come on my burger. She took my order back and it still didn't come out as hot as I would think it would if it freshly made. Also this time they stacked tons of hard and burnt onion straws on my burger. It is ridiculous what you pay for this food now days and the quality has been terrible.
So disappointed with our experience. We are frequent diners at this location. Tonight we arrived at 9:20 as the Google listing states that they're open until 10.We were greeted by a hostess who asked, "Are you dining in?".. we said yes and she proceeded to ask, "Just for 2?" We again answered yes. She then immediately said, "I'm sorry but we're not taking any more tables tonight". She states that we'd be able to order to-go at the bar.We asked to speak to the manager, who told us they can't seat anyone else due to the fact that they had a fire in the kitchen! Then, how, would they be able to do a carry out??? Why did she ask if it was to be a table for 2?
Not managed very well. Not enough staff to support a 1/3 full restaurant. Waited 40mins for drinks after a 30min wait for a table. Terrible experience.
Nice place to chill after work with a loved one. Our waitress moved quickly and very well mannered. Burgers were delicious, the taste we were craving. I also enjoyed my Margarita it was just right in flavor, not too strong but a distinct flavor. Not overcrowded, a good ambiance in the atmosphere.
Short review: it's a good Red Robin if you've ever been to one. If you never have, it's a good burger joint with bottomless fries. Enough to fill a stomach without being too expensive.Long review: the host and wait staff are very kind. We ate during the week and before a dinner rush, so there was no wait time. We placed our orders with some modifications and got them how we wanted. Definitely a little messy but still delicious and one of the better Red Robin's i have been to in recent memory.
The Whiskey River BBQ burger was good but it came with tomatoes that I asked for without (twice) and the fries were kinda cold & soggy. The server didn't know much about the beers on tap or the happy hour special, but what do you expect anymore. We celebrated my friend's birthday and still had a good time.
Good place for lunch - we had the Cobb salad and a chicken sandwich with iced tea & coffee. Bill came to $53.00 with tip. Price was avg. for metro Detroit area. Nothing special for price , but quick service and place wasn't busy.
Food was good. Placing a carryout was of ease and food came out fairly fast. Everything was hot and tasted great and fresh. Onion rings were crunchy just how I like. The lady tsking my order was nice and even asked me if i was okay woth the surcharge of $2 to receive onion rings with my entree since I wanted onion rings instead of fries. Everythingnwas packed nicely and I was even given plasticware. Which is so important to me because oftentimes I get to go order and no plasticware at other restaurants. Great food and great service.
Excellent huge burgers cooked right! Gluten free buns ???? burgers bigger than the bun, someone finally living up to the advertisement they show. Onion rings large and delicious. Drinks made right! Kiddos
