Completely disappointed and disgusted with this location! We were here to celebrate my nephew's high school graduation but the joyous occasion was ruined when I discovered a stack of plastic bag center tops in the bottom of my salad. Waitress Taylor was just as appalled as me but when manager Jessica was called to the table she was extremely laxidaisy and unconcerned with the matter. Only offered to personally make a new salad which came out a little too quickly which was concerning seeing as she was not wearing gloves, apron, hairnet or mask. Her monotone apology was subpar and not sincere. Waitress Taylor is the only reason we could continue to enjoy our meal as she was very pleasant, attentive and efficient with our 13 member party ALL BY HERSELF! She is definitely keeping them afloat. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

the food was good and hot. every thing was fresh. waitress was attentive.

Definitely need a shout out to RED LOBSTER. We had an awesome dinner last night, at the Madison Heights location. It was a really busy Friday night, which we expected, 45 - 60 minute wait. We were not in a hurry and waited. In the meantime, 2 seats opened up at the bar, and we decided to eat there instead, since it was only just the 2 of us. We had, “TERRANCE”, our bartender and server. He was absolutely amazing in every way, from the time we walked up and sat down at the bar, until the time we left. He was professional, prompt, friendly and had an infectious smile. Greeted us and offered a beverage as soon as we sat down, kept our drinks filled and served our food hot. Removed our dirty dishes and kept the area clean.A shout out to the chefs as well. Everything was just deliciousness. It was very refreshing to get such wonderful service, exceptional food and friendliness these days. We will definitely be visiting this location again. Thanks againRED LOBSTER + TERRANCE…….You Rock!!!Lisa + Don

Their new shrimp & grits. Bomb baby. My sister and I both got it and both where in love. Our only problem was not enough grits but we two country bumping. Give it a try SHRIMP & GRITS. Our niece had lobster feast. Good food

So the staff was very nice. My drink was so good! The food? Could have been prepared better bacon wrapped scallops bacon was burnt, salad was swimming I'm ranch ?. Baked potato tasted old. Everything else was fried, can't really go wrong with fried. I will go back because the biscuits were great, but had to ask for second round.

I made reservations for my son’s 16th birthday only to get there and they did not honor the reservation and were extremely rude and disrespectful

My daughter loves Red Lobster, so the service we received was quite disappointing. We were seated right away (??). However, our waitress was not attentive whatsoever. She was polite, but was a ghost in the same breath. I asked for water to drink while we reviewed the menu, as new items had been added. 23 minutes later she comes back, without water, to take our order. For the drinks, we ordered an apple juice and a virgin strawberry daiquiri. For the meals we ordered the Ultimate Feast (lobster tail, shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite shrimp, crab legs, and 2 sides) and the Mariner's Feast (Salmon smeared with lobster cream sauce on rice, walt's favorite shrimp, scallops, and 2 sides). I asked for biscuits because the kid was hungry, and I thought they were supposed to automatically give you the biscuits at Red Lobster ??‍♀️. 10 minutes later she returns with only an apple juice, no straw, and said she'll be back with my VSD. Another 15 minutes later, my drink (with a straw) and the biscuits come. Over an hour later another waitress brings our food, and literally nothing was hot or even warm for that matter. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ The fries were already experiencing rigor mortus, the crab legs were cold, dried out, and mummified too, the scallops were still raw with a little sun tan... The waitress never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. However, about 15 minutes into eating, mid stride on to the promise land she sure placed the tablet on the table and said, " you can pay whenever you're ready". ?? Like bruh, where the heck have you been all my life? I thought you quit after we ordered. I legit thought she quit, because she was goners. Did a whole mental clap for her because she saw her worth, just for this chic to still work there but dipped out for spring break, and popped back up with the bill. If I hadn't allowed my kid to pick the food in celebration of her earning a 4.0, we would have bounced after the first milk run the waitress went on. And no, we never received the water or the straw for the apple juice.

Had the pick 3 for $15.99 which I thought was a pretty good price for what I received. Waitress was great. The only thing that surprised me was 1 of the 3 choices I chose was a shrimp cocktail. It's been many years since I've had one but I remember it being positioned in a tall glass w/the cocktail sauce in the middle. This cocktail was served on a plate w/a small cup of cocktail sauce on the side. None the less, it was still good. Nice atmosphere. First restaurant I've been to that didn't have a cashier. You pay with your credit card on the device on the table! Wondering what they do for cash payments?

Great lobster fest dinners take out or dine in. Appreciate the rewards program although not easy to navigate.
