I order two pizza and two bread sticks and order Wings and instead of wings gave me fries!I called up to complain and manger said the people at answering service messed it up and he said he was sending me wings then I waited 20 minutes called back up there and he said they are up there waiting! And put words in my mouth by saying I would pick them upI payed for delivery and pay $15 extra tip to driverDon’t go one at 14 and John r they are confused
Ordered a pizzabox on the 14th, pizza showed up two hours late in the apartment hallway thrown on its side. I mean literally places in the side standing up against the wall. I call corporate and explain what happened and still no results. I lost 30 dollars and I call the store up and the manager claims I am lying about the order says there’s nothing he can do about it other than offer me 10$ off next time I come in. I’ll never return to a place that can’t even take back a pizza they were two hours late on and remake the order. But the guy acted like a total “it’s either you beg for your food nicely or I’m just gonna hang up” attitude that really made me mad.
They made a mistake, telling me that I didn't order a 2-liter Cherry Pepsi. It took a couple minutes but I got my Pepsi. They even stayed open passed closing for me to pick my Pepsi,pizza and cinnamon bread up. The only thing I didn't like was the whole Pepsi thing. Other than... Outstanding customer service.
This was my first time ordering from this location via Grubhub and it will definitely be my last.The pizza was gummy and undercooked. Such a disappointment!!
So check this out …. I called and placed an order and I guess they go threw door dash now …. The girl says 20 mins and they charge me 77 bucks for 2 pizzas and wings with bread ?….. and it’s looking like ah late ⏰ delivery…. Do not order pizza from here
Delivery service is always fast and friendly however this time I was missing the Pepsi with my order. The delivery person told me that I could call the restaurant and they would refund the money for the missing Pepsi and I was okay with that. Within 20 minutes there was a knock on the door and it was the delivery person with my Pepsi! That impressed me so much. Thank you Pizza Hut for hiring great people!
I get workers are stressed right now but my last experience just was not worth it. First, they won't even deliver to my house that is less than 10 minutes down the same road they're on. Second, when I went to the store nobody even looked at me when I walked in. Third, the pizza wasn't cooked, and I don't mean by a little, I mean it tastes like actual dough. Finally, they didn't cut the pizza at all. And all this for 40 bucks I spent?
The pan pizza I ordered was great. Your bread stick on the other hand are terrible. Not very appetizing to look at nor that great tasting. You can do a much better job that what your offering.
Staffing issues - had to go inside to get a touch less curbside to go order. Normally not an issue, but was trying to avoid contact due to corona. Also had to sign and use community pen for receipt.
Had to order the deal on line. Service was face and the pizza was great. Will return soon
