This used to be a good spot, sanitation has went down the drain as well as the customer service,Who ever Madison is should take a class.on how to deal with customers when the meal is not what was ordered by the customer,When a customer walks in to get what they ordered and you see employees playing on the cell phone and disappearing to the back is not a good look, ive been in customer service my whole life and never would i treat customers or the food they ordered the way the did me.
This was my first time at a Penn Station and I enjoyed it. The sandwich was good i had the regular size Italian the bread was good and the experience was good as a whole. Great fresh cut fries as well.
Solid and consistent everytime. Best sub chain I know and this location in particular is great.
Ordered two large subs at 814 they close at 9 I called at 840 to let them know I’ll be there in 10 minutes because I knew it was closing time they intentionally didn’t answer the phone or they had already left by then. Then when I arrived at 850 there was no one to be found and door locked. I get it people want to get home after work but atleast stay open until the time you say you are open? The other penn stations I normally go to are shut down I’m beggining to think penn stations are all dying with service like this it’s no wonder

Well , I walked into the store to pick up an online order. No one was behind the counter, called out “HELLO” no one answered . Had to go find someone in the back room to help me. The order wasn’t correct . Told the on duty manger Max about my issues with my order. Felt like he didn’t care. Never going back again. Bad customer relations.
The subs we had were extremely flavorful. Looking at my wife’s Steak and Cheese, at first glance, appeared to be skimpy on the meat, however the sandwich was tasty. My wife would not have hesitated to complain if it didn’t meet her standards. I had the Classic Italian off the grill with the multi-grain roll. OUTSTANDING! Flavor poured out of it, the pepperoni, ham, and hard salami hot were juicy and tasty. The only negative was the fries. They were either over cooked or the oil needed to be changed. They were too brown and not fluffy inside. Will go back again.
Best sub shop! Wish they were open later than 5PM but staffing is an issue for all businesses right now. Get the cheesesteak sub. The fries are the best and the lemonade is to die for. Prices are very reasonable.
Food was fair, manager was friendly but the dinning area was pretty dirty. Not a place i want to eat at again.
Was first time here. I love their grilled sub. One of the best subs I've had.
