Loved their food. It is authentic, fresh and provide good portion. Can't go wrong with beef noddle soup and some dumplings. I like them boiled, taste healthier.I have to say Kung Fu noodles nearby has better noddles but they don't have dumplings if I remember correctly.Don't waste your money on other gross American Chinese places.
You know what I like the most? An amateur auto meet when I slurp my noodles. Upon entry, you will see the colorful sports cars lined up in the front. Probably the owners, it’s a bit tacky, but it’s impressive. Shame I didn’t get a photo of it, guess you’ll just have to go see for yourself.Food was good, but greasy but good.
This place feels like you are walking in for some of mamas fresh homemade noodles, and that's exactly what you are getting! The food is delicious, I went with a beef stir fry with some fresh homemade noodles you can see them make them through the kitchen. Also got a side of the steamed pork - carrot dumplings off a recommendation from staff, and was not disappointed! They were sweet and savory with what appeared to be a perfectly made homemade sauce to pair. I will say the beef isn't the expensive kind, but it certainly does not disappoint, especially for the price! I'd be interested in a higher tier steak option if it is available even for a higher price. The place is very clean and has a relaxed vibe with properly spaced seating. Definitely will become a regular
Menu is slightly confusing to me, but the host explained & gave recommendations. There are dry noodles & noodle soups. I was going to go for beef, but the host said pork honey is really good, so I decided to go w/ that even though there was a chili pepper next to it. The host explained that it's very mild & it was. I shy away from already spicy dishes bc I like to add my own spice to my SPOON.Chopsticks are disposable AND reusable! Simple tear open your packet, which also has a toothpick, remove the wooden end of your chopstick, insert into the, surprisingly heavy, "handle" of your chopstick & voila!If dining in, you can watch part of the cooking process from your seat. Im short so i was only able to see when the wad of noodle was twisted.Would def come back to try other dishes!
First experience: The hand pulled noodles were very tasty. The beef and vegetables also fit the meal very well. Personally, the soup could’ve been more flavorful but that’s on me for not adding more side additions like egg. The grilled pork and meat pie appetizers were great too. Will come back to try more.
Authentic chinese-style noodles! The fried noodle is a must-try. The crawfish with rice is also great given its fresh seafood and veg

Can't wait to come back. We ordered the beef rolling pie, boiled dumplings, shrimp stir fried noodles, and signature beef hand pulled noodles and everything was delicious! The noodles were fresh and had a great texture, but my favorite was the beef broth. It had so much flavor compared to other places I've tried. The staff was friendly and the service was fast.
Where to begin, this is a new gem for me. I got the signature beef hand pulled noodles the meat was tender and seasoned to perfection, the broth was warm and cozy, and the noodles were absolutely to die for. The beef rolling pie was also all so scrumptious, could eat that forever and never get sick of it, it's just one of those delights. The portions are large and the price is more than fair. If you're in the area or have the option for delivery its well worth the try!
I loved every thing about this noodle house, but two things really stood out to me.1. The noodlesThey are house made and the kitchen is open so you can watch. I ordered the ramen with honey ribs. The texture of the noodles was so satisfying and the broth was so complex and flavorful. YUMMY!!2. The chili oilIt is flecked with garlic, red pepper flakes, and possibly other unknown goodness. Each table has three types of oil to add to dishes. My daughter ordered the spicy sour oily noodles. The oil was so good with the fresh noodles, veggies, and cilantro. DELICIOUS!Both dishes were one chili spice and had a mild but popping spice level. The honey ribs were so tender and filled with flavor, we ordered more to go. We couldn't stop raving about how good everything was. I will definitely be back!
