Good overall meal. Large and inviting seating space despite the really unassuming outside appearance. Beijing noodle was tasty but a bit salty. Fried chive dumpling was good and reminded me of home.
Holy noodle why did it take so long for us to try this place! We loved it so much we went back later the same day to get another fix of the pork Bao buns. The noodles are amazingly delicious. Soft, chewy and just perfect in every way. The broth is spot on, not too spicy with deep and rich flavors.This has just become a family favorite.

I only tried the pork bun and sezchuan noodles and both were great! The pork was very fatty and I liked adding a bit of black vinegar. The soup wasn't too spicy or numbing, just the perfect amount. It seems at first that it would be too oily, but the spice and sezchuan peppercorns cut through it.
Maybe it’s just personal preference but I wish my noodles were a bit stronger with the seasoning in the soup. It was a bit tasteless for me. Very nice hand-pulled noodles, great lamb kebabs!

Room temp water, which I appreciate, but served in a solo cup, which I didn't.I received my food via the robot because I didn't get a soup. The soups are not delivered by the robot, for reasons I can imagine. It was a decent experience overall.
