It was fast, it was fresh and plus their was service with a smile. Well, at least I assume their was a smile considering they were wearing masks. Most importantly they were friendly in the drive thru. Food was pretty tasty too.

I am taking a star for attitude. As a former restaurant manager for over a decade I can't express the importance of empathy and attitude. This brand new McDonald's checks off a lot of boxes but the people leave something to be desired with their lack of hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure their customers are satisfied. Place your order, cross your fingers, and hope for the best.

The evening/late shift has the BEST customer service imo as well as order accuracy. Whether I'm just grabbing a bite or Dashing I prefer what I'm assuming is the 3rd shift. My experience with the other shifts have been terrible drive thru service. I didn't appreciate the associate butchering the name on my mobile order, which happens to be my son's, and laughing. It was unprofessional and I took offense to it. The pies are usually dry, the smoothies water down, cold fries and nuggets. I've watched the staff scramble around like stooges.Whoever is running the late shift is doing an AWESOME job. Rarely do I have any issues and if so they aren't as frequent as what I've experienced the other shifts. Even when I bring up and issue with my order, without dispute things are corrected and I'm always satisfied with my compensation. I wish the other shifts would adapt to the work environment and ethic of 3rd shift

Go here every once in a while. Wait never seems too long. Haven't had my order messed up at this location. A little hard to get to sometimes with traffic if you're east bound. But usually not bad. It's your run of the mill mcdonalds.

I understand the short staffing issues nowadays but I don’t have to wait AN HOUR plus anywhere else... this is one of the only McDonalds open 24 hours around here. That means almost ALL DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub etc orders come here. They NEED to at least open the inside to pick up mobile orders... it would so alleviate the line. I DoorDash around here often and I try to completely avoid this joint. It’s extremely frustrating because I could make a lot more money, but I’m not going to wait an hour plus in line, seriously. I have before... several times.. hoping it won’t be as bad but every time it never fails... waiting for an hour. It’s just ridiculous. I just don’t see why the inside can’t open to pickup mobile orders, other locations are..!! Makes zero sense, this place sucks. ?

We waited 30 minutes to go through the drive through and of course the lobby is closed. I know the world is messed up but I can't give 5 stars for having to wait that long to buy $15 worth of fast food.... The guy at the window was nice and the food was good.

Order through the app, curbside was not available. Went through the drive thru as the lobby was closed. The lady taking the order found my order and checked me in. The lady with the facial tattoos at the pick up window needs to be fired. I was given a random order, and when I got her attention to tell her it wasn't mine I was yelled at. She took it back, told me mine was 6 orders down and "pull up to 2". I asked for clarification as if she wanted me in curbside 2, drive thru 2, pick up 2. I got "THE NEXT WINDOW"!! Ok, fine. Covid has people stressed. I was fired up but stayed calm and respectful. After 10 minutes someone else came to window 2 and told me they can't give me my food because their mobile system went down, despite me being checked in and charged. Now, I do have a speech issue from a spinal cord injury when I was hurt working on my fire department. This stores staff was rude, disrespectful, made me feel stupid, and just inexcusable behavior towards customers. I wasn't offered a refund. I was told "take it up with the app". Also on a side note, the "safety" into sticker is a joke. Not 1 person I interacted with had a mask on or gloves. I will not return to this location, and I did contact corporate. I

It has the longest wait and most inaccessible location of any local fast food place. Save yourself the frustration, 10-40 minute waits (probably lack of staff) and 2 or 3 laps around the building due to poor placement if you aren't coming from BJs and go anywhere else. There's tons of other fast food on 12 mile and other McDonald's at 13 and Rochester as well as further along John R which are quicker and will give you food that isn't cold

I keep hoping it'll get better and it hasnt. Fries always suck, buns are usually stale, foods usually cold. It was better before the move. It's McDonald's so the bars already low but this is six feet under.

I'm really not someone to leave a review but maybe if enough negative reviews are given something will be done to rectify the issues. For starters, if you are looking for fast service so NOT go to this location. You can literally go to a location 3 miles farther and still get in and out faster. I'm not sure why they ever have both lanes open as they have no idea how to work it. I consistently wait at the speaker to order while 3 or 4 cars from the other lane order. Make sure to check your food before pulling off because it's almost never right.. Majority of the time I am just getting a drink and I even have to check that before pulling off because half the time I'm handed the wrong drink. (And forget about trying to call if your order is wrong). Then they have a major attitude when you pull back around to have them fix your order. In all honesty, if you are looking for even FAIR service this is not the place to go. Just drive a few miles farther and go to 13 and Rochester. Best McDonald's hands down.
