Customer service what's awesome!drive-through was open only, I had to use the restroom very bad and they let me in and I truly appreciate you guys you're the best.
The chicken was burnt which failed to represent the quality and deliciousness of original recipe taste. We did NOT ENJOY IT, it was a waste of time and money. And we had taken a health break and decided to cheat but the disappointment is scarring. Can not eat and enjoy hard skins!!!
This is by far the best location I’ve been to for KFC and it makes a world of difference. Would have given them a 5/5 but the consistency in chicken quality is not always there. But even when it’s not it’s still great.
GREASY OVER-COOKED CHICKEN: I had not been to KFC in a while. Had a craving and decided to get some for dinner. When I ordered I wanted crispy, they told me all they have (or sell) is original recipe. When I was eating the chicken, I had to throw away all of the skin. It was dripping in grease and making puddles. I was the only car in the drive thru and they seemed slow. So I'm guessing they put chicken that had been sitting, back in the grease to "freshen" it up. Another sign they may have done that is, the skin was a little dark or over done. This is my welcome back to KFC. ?
Very friendly but my chicken tasted very bland like no seasoning and the drumstick i got was literally the size of my pinkie and we didn't get straws for our drinks and they forgot the dipping sauces. They seemed very rushed and all over the place.
Bad experience 2 times in a row, first i had items missing but the food was decent, second time i had all my food but the fried chicken was just too oily, as if it sat in oil and tasted old. I would only recommend getting tenders or sandwiches from here.
Came here a couple days ago and I’m not sure how you guys train workers to talk to customers but they opened the window reached for payment without saying hi, what was your order, no total payment nothing Jusy silence. We had the money and they hand the food without a single word. Clearly you need to be telling your workers to respect and act like they appreciate a paying customer and ya know talk to them
They were fast and efficient. Only spent 6 minutes in the drive-thru from ordering to receiving my order.
Great lunch. Delicious food. Drive through was not a long wait but the line moved quickly.
Chicken was dry I'll pass on this place next time the other one in Marysville michigan is awesome
