There’s a morbidly obese delivery driver (female) who delivered my food last night with a VERY nasty attitude, telling me “we close at 8! I was already out with 4 other deliveries when you ordered your food and we close at 8!” I placed my order at 7:48 and my delivery estimated time was 12mins. The store closes at 8. My food should have arrived at 8 if the delivery estimated time was accurate. I thought she was telling me why my order took so long, which I wasn’t upset about at all. I thanked her and she stood there and continued to tell me, “We close at 8! You placed your order while I was already out with 4 other orders, and we close at 8! And you placed your order late!” I’d just gotten home from work myself, and I tipped her nicely. I’m a paying customer. I don’t need a nasty and unnecessary attitude and sass from the delivery driver or to be educated on your store hours. I’m fully aware of them. Someone so rude shouldn’t deal with you guys’ customers. And I never complain, but she was extremely out of line.
Came for lunch and ordered new wrap. Explained that I have an bad allergy to onions.I watch them dump a pile of onions on the wrap.When asked to remake the gentleman complained to my face about having to remake the wrap followed by speaking about my allergy and mocking it to the entire staff.Avoid this location. This isn’t the 1st negative experience here. I thought why not give them a second chance….Wrong.
Been waiting 1.5 hours already. Ordered because I thought it would be "freakishly” fast. ???
I’ve been to a lot of Jimmy johns. Never had a bad experience until my visit with this one today. Told me to “hold on” in the drive thru. Then the guy comes back in the speaker and acts like it’s an inconvenience that I asked for a coke with my sandwich? Didn’t ask if I wanted chips. Just super rude. Then to top it all off the girl that handed me my sandwich just says “here”. I’m like “thank you? Have a great day!” Because everyone seems to be having a terrible day there. I’ll drive completely out of my way gas prices and all just to avoid this Jimmy John’s and I suggest everyone do the same. ***** my order was also wrong. If Jon is ringing you up….check your order before you leave at least.
The sandwiches are good. I love the ranch though!
Gone here multiple times. This time for some reason the woman taking the order couldn't hear me and was rude as hell. I repeated my order 4 times and she would get louder every time she reprimanded me to speak louder. The speaker is lower than my vehicle. My order was short and not that hard and she repeated it back to me correctly. I will go to the other location until she is gone honestly fix your attitude. She won't be there long. Lol
Bread was good, but the sandwich had no flavor. I don't care how fast they claim to be, I care about the taste!
