Worst service I have ever experienced over the phone , from a manager , I will not spend a dollar here again .and now I understand why they Have the same amount of 1 star ratings as they do 5 star ratings, I've ordered from here multiple times and tipped very well for there service , ( there must be 2 different managers and one doesn't know how to work in the customer service industry , look for a new line of work)
This Jimmy Johns is super fast and always fresh. Yummy lunch time with them.

We will never order from the 12 mile, Madison Heights location again. We paid for extra Vito meat and cheese, we only got extra meat. No extra cheese, barely any veggies, no extra mayo or mustard packets as requested. It was dry as if they forgot the oil and vinegar and the driver just left it on the porch. No call or knock on the door to let us know the order was there.
Not sure they know how to use their machine for Apple Pay.

I placed an order almost an hour ago, 2 sandwich combos. Im a mile up the road literally. And it’s still not here im highly mad and I won’t ever order here again. Update. I called and they said they were on the way 15 minutes prior I have the time stamps on my calls and the lady argued saying I called 2 minutes ago when it fact it wasn’t then decided it would be appropriate to hang up on me. Don’t know how y’all can pride yourself on customer service and speed lol
Not super fast at all. Waited a hour and forty five minutes for my sub. They didn't even say sorry.
This place has turned the corner. Sometimes they're still a little long on delivery times but the order comes correct and tasty, which for most places these days seems to be a struggle..
Rude.. I'll go somewhere else.
