I always receive exceptional service from just about every location. I usually preorder so my order is ready when I arrive. However, today I was on my break from work and didn’t have time to preorder. They had fresh slices ready and they were excellent.Staff is always professional and courteous.You guys rock?
Everything as expected. I don't understand the concept of ordering via text message, but it brought me 20% rabate, which is nice.
Absolutely love the Madison hts jets. I order a specialty thin crust pizza everytime and have a special cutting request. At first It would be wrong but one of the managers had put a permanent note in mine for it to get cut the correct way I like. I order the same thing everytime and it is always right. I love that some employees know who exactly who I am as soon as I walk in and pull my order up and go grab it from the heaters (what ever they put it under after done). Parking lot could be a little better but other then that no complaints. Everyone mostly is very polite, nice, friendly. Is the only Jets I order from. Tried 1 other jets in Warren at 9 mile and Ryan and they are always nice but don't seem like the pizza is cooked all the way. I live in hazel park and will drive to Madison hts to go to this jets.

Jet’s is THE BEST pizza, and this store had the best chicken. Highly recommended as someone once recommended it to me many years ago and I still, silently, thank them every time.

It was horrible it tasted like pizza boxed from Kroger. Horrible!
Every time I call I get the nicest person on the phone. My order is on time every time. And the pizza is cooked to perfection. Where I live I'm between a few different Jets stores, the Madison Heights location is ALWAYS my go to because of the wonderful customer service, perfect delivery and delicious food! In a time where finding employees is at an all time low I must say kudos to this store ???? Keep up the great work!
