This location is hit or miss. Some orders are awesome and some are not so much. The last two attempts were enough to make me not want to risk it again. First was a pizza with no sauce no flavored crust I wanted and just blan tasting. Then recently I ordered again got two pizzas and cheesy bread. The pizzas were dreadful I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination so on slice two of my. Pizza I was like wow this is terrible sauce tasted sour. Flavors were way off. Kids cheese pizza was bad too. Bread was almost on point we all ate that just lacked usual amount of Seasoning. I decided to call and say hey last two Times I ordered its Ben subpar I explained myself. The man said well waht are you wanted out of this a new meal refund ect.. I said store credit would be fine ( even giving myself another chance at them. In the future) and he put me on hold to come. Back and said bring the entire meal back up for a refund. We all shared the bread so we didn't have the entire meal at that point. BTW we order from 19 and van Dyke for work lunch once a week and that location is the bomb. Like absolutely perfection everytime.
The pizza could have had more sauce. My flavored crust didn't have any flavor :/
Been ordering from here for a couple years and tonight I asked them to tell the driver to have change for a hundred not the first time done it many times before and now they can't service here has gotten very bad lately not just with this but my order being messed up done with you
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!Tried to order for a delivery of food. As a trucker you can’t really just drive to a place. Called and when I told them I’m at a business they asked if I was a employee or not. I said not technically, I’m a truck driver that’s parked for the night waiting to unload in the morning. His response…Sorry we only deliver to Employees so we can’t deliver to you! SO TRUCKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT ALSO!!! Disgraceful!
This place has Horrible service and continusly lies us! I called at 9:00 pm and asked when they closed, they said 11pm. When I called back at 9:30 with a $150.00 order they refused and said they close at 10. It wasn't even 10 let alone 11, so why would you refuse that kind of business? When I mentioned calling corporate they got really nasty and told me I wasn't allowed to! Oh yes I can and I did! The ONLY REASON it has any stars is because I can't post without hitting one.
Do not go to this hungry howies, they lie!!! They choose their own hours so the website is bull and the people just suck… I have called the Madison heights board to cancel their license.

0 stars, very ghetto, do not recommend. We have been very patient tonight for our bachelorette gathering at the Holiday Inn. When ordered at 10pm the pizza was not delivered in the time described (45 minutes). When called for an update on the pizza they did not remember our order, our name, our location. It was frustrating but we still remained calm. We called one more time at 11:15pm to check in and then was given terrible attitude, which was so shocking because we had been so patient! The woman who answered the phone on Saturday August 14th around 11pm shouldn’t be on the phones if she cannot provide customer service of an adequate caliber.
