We ordered our taco pizza with 3 blend cheese. There wasn't any cheese on it. When I called about it they said they would send someone out with some cheese. We waited and then started to eat the pizza. My husband called back to talk to the manager and she kept cutting him off. She said I just sent someone out with cheese. He said, what 25 minutes after our first call? She said I don't know when you called. I said I do is on my phone. She said I'll have him pick up the pizza. I said we've eaten 1/2 of it and she laughed and said it figures. I said, are we suppose to wait and hour for cheese so we can eat our pizza? She said I just sent someone with cheese. I said 25 minutes later and we are just 5 minutes if that up the road from them. The manager kept cutting us off from talking and then hung up on us. This is very upsetting. We were trying to explain that the cheese wouldn't have that perfect meltiness on top, if they bring us cheese now. She wasn't listen. She kept talking over us. I told the first girl I have pictures. I tried to tell her I have pictures but she wasn't listening. This is hungry howies on trouble creek and grand in new port richey florida.

Always liked Hungry Howies but they have stopped anyone from calling local store that has previous order in archive. Now you get people from an India call center that could never get an order right. I’ll never use HH again.

Called local store to order pizza for my family, ended up getting a call center instead. If I call I’d like to speak to an employee at the store front not someone that is ordering it online the same as I would if I chose that way to order. I called the first time and was being pushed to pay over the phone which I didn’t want since I was picking the pizza up, the second time I was hung up on, and the third I was told they worked in the store but when I picked my order up it was missing items. Horrible way to treat customers, instead of personal contact you now are eliminating that and replacing it with call centers that are being paid to do the same thing I could do myself.

I ordered Gluten Free crust pizza. The outer crust was golden brown as the underneath was raw doe. Called the store on Bee Ridge of where I ordered pizzaThe so called shift supervisor didn't even apologize. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

Your new call center! What idiot came up with this lousy idea fire them immediately! A local michigan company that charges 6$ for delivery you should be ashamed last time i will ever order from my hometown store because corporate are bafoons.

I retired after 30 years with Pepsi, you know that means Pizza Hut for any pizza. The last time we ordered pizza from the Hut it was terrible and could not eat it. They offered a replacement pizza on a future date. Neighbors of ours recommended Howie Hungary's, we were hooked! On 5/19 /2022 we ordered our usual pizza… I arrived early and they were very busy. I picked up our order and left without checking the pizza as we have never had any problem.. I walked in the door and my wife said Hungry Howies called and I was given the wrong pizza. The correct pizza was being delivered and the delivery person refused a tip explaining it was their mistake and would not accept the wrong pizza! I have been in customer service for over 50 years and this is the best I have ever been aware of ! Please make sure you acknowledge Hungry Howies 1555 East Bay, Largo Florida. You now have a loyal customer who will spread the Great customer service from your Largo store. Thank you and them for bringing customer service back as it should be. Thank you and the employees at 1555 East Bay in Largo! Customer service is alive and well in Largo and I hope the rest of the country! Thank you, Joseph Ruzekowicz 1001 Starkey Road Lot 708 Largo Florida.

I will never use this hungry howie's again! James made our pizza. It was a terrible experience!

I called to redeem My 'Howie' rewards (Free 2 Topping Med. Pizza) and spoke with a Very Rude male employee. It was around 7:30p.m. on a Friday night and I was told to call a different location because, "they Didn't deliver". Not only was that a Blatant Lie, but the other locale (17th/Yale) is on the other side of town! We live LESS than 5 min. away from the one that I called on 81st/S. Sheridan in Tulsa, OK. I called the Howie's that I was referred to and spoke with their Manager (Leo). She was really Friendly and said if I wanted to make a complaint, to do so when I picked up my order. Once I retrieved my pizza, I talked with the Owner of Both Hungry Howie locations (Matt). He Didn't take my concern Nor complaint seriously and just laughed it off saying, "Yeah, I don't know why you were told that, but I'll talk to him." As if I'm NOT a paying Customer, who Patronize this business (points are ONLY accumulated After multiple purchases are made). So Owner Matt, since You felt it was "funny" or that My experience "wasn't that big a deal"-You AND Your Employees, Should Treat People How YOU'D Like to be Treated......(it's that Simple)!

We enjoyed the excellent environment as well as the delicious cuisine.

Awful customer service....you won't get your pizza or a refund. Even the corporate office can't get a hold of the store. You have to go up to the store to get anyone to even speak to you.
