The restaurant was filthy. It also had a peculiar smell. Booths covered with kitchen and personal supplies on them.We ordered take out almond boneless chicken. No snow peas, no water chestnuts and no Almond slivers . The fried rice with everything had 3 pieces of shrimp and no chicken or pork. This was a quart box. We will never order from them again.
Sweet and Sour Chicken was good. The sauce was not orange like I am used to but it was good. Friendly. Fast service. Open late considering everything closes early.
Great place. The only restaurant in the Detroit area that I found that does Detroit style Chinese.

Place has been around forever! My mom used to come here with her parents in the 60’s. They have a hard to find dish I love, Woo Dip Harr (butterfly shrimp ? wrapped in bacon & egg w/a light sweet sauce) It was the best I’ve ever tasted! On point in every way?

This Place has very good Almond chicken; big chunks with a great sauce; It used to be a restaurant but now has converted to a take out.

I am so grateful to have found this gem. Everything we ordered was some of the best food we have had in years. Friendly staff, very clean inside, all signs that this is quality food, the staff wore masks, my kids enjoyed it very much. Be kind and tip your food service professionals well, we rely on them in our times of food need and I'm adding this to my favorites.Update: went back the next day and we got different chicken fried rice and the soup was noticably watered down. Super sad I thought this was going to be my spot. The crypto ads in the fortune cookie were actually the best part.
