This is for the location at Dequindre & 12 Mile in Madison Heights. I went through the drive thru and my coffee was not right so I had to go inside and let the cashier know that I was just in there because the cashier did not give me a receipt. I don't know who made the second coffee but they put too much cream in it and it was not hot and still wasn't right so I didn't say anything about it because I didn't want to run the chance of them doing something to the 3rd cup and decided to go to the Dunkin' donuts @ 13 Mile & Mound that I normally go to because they make my coffee right. This isn't the first time they have messed up my coffee but this is the first time I have to contact customer service and make a complaint about them. I will never spend my money at that one. I will also be putting my experience with this one on Google.
Very disappointed. I ordered it food and was denied being able to go to the bathroom after letting them know that I’m pregnant. The women lied and said the bathroom was out of order. But the guy gave me a different name excuse. I had to hurry across the street to the Target to use the restroom. Very disappointed and I will not be returning.
I just don't know what happened to this place. I grew up near this store and the fact that it is still 24 hours should warrant a 4th star in itself but the utter vacancy inside, the lack of flavor, and even worse the absence of freshness leaves us with an empty building that offers mediocre coffee, suspect donuts, and if your lucky the manager MIGHT let you use the restroom (don't count on it). This location has seen much better days.
not the best of dunkin locations, not the worst. 50/50 either way: food might be great, food might be completely out/wrong, staff might be great, might be off-putting. wait time usually good though
Rude service, I went in to get a medium Carmel coffee and a vanilla latte and she rushed me to order when nobody was in the store. She gave us my our coffees and I saw she gave me two vanilla lattes. I went back in and told her, and she said 'no, no you didn't.' I asked her to switch the drink and I'd pay for the new one, and she just sternly said no. Most likely not coming back.
This location is close to my work so I was there 5 days a week. The service is horrible now a simple hot coffee is made wrong
I love DD but this one sucks 12 mile and deq.8mile and Gratiot awesome great staff and service
Turkey sausage , egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich is really good but if you go indoors to order, you pretty much have to yell out for the cashier as they are pretty preoccupied with the drive thru customers, so go thru the drive thru to place your order for better service.
The employees are rude and there’s a 50% chance your coffee will be wrong. Worst part is, if you ask the employees to correct your coffee they get upset.
No complaints. DD donuts and coffee are way better than Tim Horton's in my opinion. My coffee was good and I got some Halloween donuts for my son and I and they were super cute and tasty ?.
