Yesterday, I went to the Culver's on 12 mile near John R(near the Home Depot). I had not been here in months, so I was excited to get the fish again. Unfortunately, I got a carryout of the 3 piece fish platter(actually 2, one for my son too). The fish was so bland and void of any seasoning! I was very disappointed. The onion rings were good, nice & soft.However, my excitement was the anticipation of having the fish again, and Culver's let me down!
this establishment is a joke they do not follow any health code laws watched employees touch raw meat with bare hands cross contaminating every thing with out washing there hand. gloves are not seen in this place at all while handling any food. They even have staff pretending to be managers when they are not and they do not treat handicap customers well. ordered food from here and left with food poisoning
I always get the naked burger with everything or the chicken sandwich. Also thier onion rings or French fries are very good to. Oh and don't forget the milk shakes, so good
Their Root Beer is like A&W drivethru brewed Root Beer, very good, malty and not overly fizzy.p.s. I'm also addicted to the pretzel balls and cheese
I’ve had only great experiences at this location thus far. The food is always fresh, my order is always correct, the staff is nice. These things make a difference in a business being successful. I really like this location.
If you're looking to get a fast food fix, this is the best!! Their burgers are a whole other species compared to your a average fast food burger. Really delicious!! Be prepared to wait, but it's well worth it!
I just want to say I always come to this location!! It’s no other location besides this one that I’ll go to. I get the same meal and come every day. Double cheeseburger cut in half med fry with a large Mountain Dew extra ice. Food is always hot!Yesterday my car went down in the drive thru and I was so embarrassed. The manager who (can’t think of her name but drives a focus) and a few workes came out to assist me . They didn’t make me feel embarrass about it they came to help me. I am so grateful and could never repay them!! Thank you !! thank you !! thank you!!
Food is great! Staff is not always good,mainly the older man and woman that work the window or the register (i think the man has glasses). Younger staff is actually cool.
The burger was good. A little to charred for my tastes but tasty. Very decent amount of fries. My drink, I asked for no ice- I received ice. Due to Covid, I am eating in my car- I asked for extra napkins - I received two total napkins. I asked for ketchup- I received zero. Better 'service items", and the three star review, becomes a four star review.
We ordered two fish dinners, and this is what they looked like today. The fish was soggy and horrible. Never again!
