Ordered online the app didn’t allow me to order a drink then I said okay I’ll go inside got my drink they told me my online order was next. 20 minutes go by I didn’t see my meal on the shelf so I went up and asked about it and they pulled it out of the back. They said they don’t use the shelf anymore. How was I supposed to know that? 30 dollars later I have a cold ‘mini’ burrito. They knew I was in the store. It’s absolutely insane that people still would go to this chipotle.
Very friendly service, however they were out of lettuce which I feel like is just a basic thing to never run out of. I know it's just in a bag in the refrigerator...not sure why they can't just open another bag. The Lettuce isn't cut up every day. Also feel like there should be a discount when all requested toppings aren't available. Why am I paying the same price for less ingredients.
Phenomenal! They didn’t skimp on the chicken or anything. The Coke Zero was also good and they had an ample amount of utensils straws and napkins for my meal. This is the chipotle I frequent the most.
This is seriously the worst Chipotle I’ve ever encountered. After giving them numerous opportunities to redeem themselves, the rice is ALWAYS consistently undercooked. It is ridiculous at this point. No other Chipotle seems to have this issue with their rice except this location. Just close down this location already.
Food is amazing, but they never remember the guacamole. ? I feel like, on average, 2/3 orders something is wrong. Doesn’t matter how good the food is if you don’t receive it. They always handle it, it’s just a pain.
Out of ingredients way too often. I got a side of guac only for the person at the register to tell me they are out of chips. It’s 630pm how are you out of chips? It appeared the online orders still had bags. I understand the premise for fresh food but my goodness how does this keep happening? Unclear if this is a metro Detroit thing but chipotle as a brand has continued to drop.
You already know a Rice Bowl will be filling? They add everything that turns u on and you get to enjoy it ?
I’ve never actually had bad chipotle until I tried this location. I’ve given it a couple different chances and they continue to disappoint. Maybe you guys wouldn’t have a 3.6 rating if you knew how to season your protein and actually had some fajitas peppers for once. It is not that hard to cut up some veggies and cook them. 0/10 would not recommend.
The chips for our chips and salsa weren't even placed with the order, one of the burritos was not only delivered almost frozen cold, but had a gross overserving of queso and tomatoes, I was essentially eating a soup inside a tortilla and it was so soggy I literally had to eat it with a fork. About 85% of the burrito was tomatoes mixed in with queso, virtually no meat, and a few beans here and there, I didn't even have rice in my burrito. This is ridiculous, and this was our last straw with Chipotle, our last order was made incorrectly and we were given burritos with the spiciest sauce in it, and it was made sideways so you were eating layers rather than a proper ingesdient mixture. Our food both times was almost completely inedible. Horrible service, never ordering Chipotle again.
Ordered a burrito that cost $12 every single extra thing you want to put on it is more so If I had my way with it I would have spent $16 on a single burrito. Not cool at all and it wasn't even good, WHERES THE BEEF!?. It look like they had seven people working there but apparently only one person can work up front. I literally saw a guy come around the corner and look up to see they needed help and hurry up turn around and go back behind the wall. There is definitely something wrong when you have to pay a full-on restaurant price for an item they throw together in front of you in 60 seconds toss in a bag and say CYA... Okay when I say one person up front I mean one person up front putting together food and one person standing at the register. Even when there's nobody there to ring up. They had these big speakers built into some walls which looked really cool, except there was no music... I definitely would not recommend going to this place if you value your money, it's like highway robbery. I don't like giving out one star reviews but, this place did nothing for me and was a total disappointment I don't want anybody else to have the same experience.
