the staff is very efficient, but not their equipment. the frozen drink machine is always broken. it feels a bit neglected. the food is usually good though, and wait is okay.
the drive thru lady asked what we’d like and my guardian is not fluent in english, so it would have took a little time to process it, but it was only about 2 seconds of silence, so the drive thru lady said “i greeted you once and you just ignored me” it’s really ignorant on her part and the attitude she gave was unnecessary.
One of the worst Burger Kings in the area. I prefer going to 14 mile and John R where they make my order right and don't charge me 30 cents extra for onion when I ask for heavy onions. This Burger King is always empty in the drive thru and I was in a hurry one day so I went through, but now I see why it is always dead of customers. Will never go here again, my mistake.
This is a good fast burger king. They serve good food and it's almost always hot and not crusty. It's likely the best fast food place in this corner.
Stood in drive thru and nobody offered to help. The line got long and we were still waiting and saying hello with no reply back. So after 10 minutes we pull around and no one was at the 1st window and then pulled to second window and the Manager said I didn’t know anyone was there and then walked away from the window. We waited and when he came back we said we are waiting to place our orders. He said I can’t take your order here you have to go back to the line. Now the line was extremely long and he didn’t care and walked away from menu.
The dude at the window was super helpful and he even wore the king crown. You don’t see that old school business respect very often but he was rocking it proudly. Also even with the cold weather there’s still a gentleman outside cleaning the parking lot to ensure that it look good. Great location quick and steady drive-through line.
Fast food fast. The cashier was great spoke clearly and got the order right. This location is one of thee best.

Quick drive thru. Employees are alert and efficient. Can use cash or card. They offer frozen drinks. Known for their great flamed broiled burgers, not fried. Chicken and fish sandwiches also. They also offer french fries, onion rings and salads.
