This place has so much potential but right now it just doesn't use that. By just driving by You wouldn't even there is a restaurant at that corner. I must admit the construction works don't make it easy right now, but come on.. a refurbished sign or something would help a lot.The food was really great. We were three and had the New York strip. The Steak was awesome, the sides were great and the cook even made garlic butter for us. Our waitress (sorry forgot the name because it was over a week ago) was a bit excited but super nice and tried taking care of all our special wishes.There was a live saxophone player as well.5/5, will come again.
Service was okay not the greatest not the worst. Quality of the salad was meh but the raspberry vinaigrette was good. Potato soup was good but it was lukewarm which is a negative. Steak Diane wasn't cooked to my instructions and mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box. Filet was flavorful and a nice size. Drinks were cheap and strong. This place is grossly overpriced for the quality of the food you receive.
We went to Boodles for dinner on a Saturday and were fortunate to be seated without a reservation. From the outside it was pretty unremarkable, but do not let that stop you! This place is full of charm, ambiance, and personality. The staff is outstanding, as is the food. The calamari is perfection. The whitefish and lobster ravioli delicious. Chef made a raspberry bread pudding that was out of this world. We can't wait to go back to try the Caesar salad made fresh, dressing and all. Treat yourself to this gem. You will not be sorry.
Very nice place. I never knew about this place until I Googled it. I took my wife here just for a date night. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was great and service was awesome. The patrons were even nicer. Just an all around great time. The live music was pretty good as well. It was a place for older people which we didn't mind (we're in our early 30s). The prices weren't ridiculous to me by that's relative. I had the steak Diane which was amazing and the Caesar salad is great as well. My wife had the lamb chops, I tasted that and it was great as well lol. Really nice place to go and chill or celebrate.
My husband and I had a WONDERFUL dinner at Boodles over the weekend!! From table-side Caesar salad for 2 and delicious main courses, we were very impressed! This is our new favorite date night spot!!
This place is awesome! Loved in the are for 30 years. Finally got around to eating here. All the food was fantastic. From the apps to the salads, soups and main course. Service was excellent. The decor has a 1970's vibe to it. Great place for family dinner or a date night.
The establishment is a little too dark for me on the inside and could use a little updating, and the escargot appetizer could have used a few more escargots, but I remember the reason why I came hear to begin with: the food. I was looking for a place with a good steak and boy did I hit the jackpot!!! The 8 ounce filet was EXCELLENT! Tender and tasty just the way I like. My wife really enjoyed her whitefish and we both enjoyed the vegetables and potatos that they came with. Plenty of other menu choices to make as well, all of them 5 star. Joseph did a good job serving us and the prices were lower than most other fine dining restaurants.
Service was amazing, Ruth Ann was quick friendly and knows her stuff! The food was delicious, every bite just as tasty as the last. Cocktails were so yummy! A treat for sure. You can reserve a table ahead. Overall the perfect date night place. A little pricey but so worth it.
Great food! Lamb chops were tasty. Loved the crab stuffed mushrooms and table side ceaser.
While visiting our daughter and son-in-law we enjoyed a fantastic evening at Boodles. The food was fantastic - calamari, crab stuffed mushrooms, Caesar salad, mushroom soup, shrimp scampi, salmon, and white fish. Luna, our server, was attentive and friendly. Brian on the piano made our visit a memorable one. He played our requests and was delightful. We’ll be back!
