Horrible experience with this location. Ordered door dash with 4 items, one was missing. Called the store and they were extremely rude to me. Told me that I could drive over and get the meal, since they had the food there. I told them I couldn’t make it there….clearly, since I had ordered delivery in the first place… Overall extremely rude and disrespectful.
Ordered a pickup to go order everything I received is exactly what I wanted except for my grilled chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with honey mustard and it didn't come with any at all. Overall with order here again but next time I'll just double check.
Everything was awesome, the server was spectacular and the food was amazing! Just one thing which is a pet peeve and a lot of restaurants do this. The booth seats were dirty, the marks from the bus tub were on the seat, that contributes to making the seat dirty. Overall my experience was awesome bus people just need to wipe the seats.
Ordered an omelette and hash browns. Hash browns were not cooked properly so sent back. Came back and discovered that the cheese was missing from the omelette. Sent back again. Came back a third time and it was awful looking. Half split open, they served the same one three times instead of making it right. Toast arrived well after food and was burned black. Shift manager was involved and wasn’t focused on making it right.
We had a party of four. We always ask for Terri's section. She is wonderful. She tries her best if we have substitutions to see we get them. Keep well till next visit!
Food was good but my southwestern avocado omelet was rather bland without enough spices.. I am wondering if it is because I made it vegetarian by taking the sausage out and substituting mushrooms instead.

increase staff count because waitresses are lying about orders because they are so short-staffed, claiming hearing loss and amnesia about who ordered what when. I felt sorry for her and left a tip anyway. She gets a gold medal just for working there. period.
DO NOT GO THERE. The manager is extremely rude.. my chicken was PINK as well as my boyfriend's. He had ate most of his before he even realized and now is extremely sick. The gm was trying to argue with me and basically say I'm lying. Very unprofessional for a restaurant. Hardly any compensation this is not how you treat customers. Disgusting place and will not be back.
