After not coming to this location after a year and a half I tried again to purchase coffee and still DON'T GET MY POINTS THAT I EARNED WITH MY PURCHASE REALLY? YOU ARE THE ONLY BIGGBY around that doesn't do that because they are on SPECIAL :( The service is terrible as well and the drink prices are MORE EXPENSIVE than other area Biggbys. I stopped coming to this location because of not getting my points, bad service and even had chemicals in my Teddy Bear frozen drink and was just told sorry and it was just blown off. Thankfully I didn't get poisoned and my daughter didn't take a drink. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I WILL TELL OTHERS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. THE MADISON HEIGHTS LOCATION NEEDS TO TAKE POINTERS FROM THE FERNDALE LOCATION WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE DRINKS, ARE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND NOT CHARGE MORE FOR ITEMS AND NOT GIVE POINTS WHEN ITEMS ARE PURCHASED.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!Just went to this location this morning, gave my order for a 20oz hot salted caramel latte with coconut milk no whip and a 20oz hot chia tea latte with coconut milk no whip add hazelnut. When I got to the window I said excuse me ma’am I just want to ensure that you heard me say coconut milk in both. She says I did for the chai but not the salted caramel. I repeated my order and said sorry ma’am but I did say it. She closes the window with an attitude, heads over to her coworker to tell her to remake the drink she wanted coconut milk and didn’t say it. Then proceeds back to the register and yells she did not say that. When she open the window I said excuse me ma’am I heard you. She says what, I said I heard you! Then proceeds to tell me that’s fine. I said wow!!!! That’s rude. We proceed to go back and forth and I asked for the manager. Come to find out she was on the side of here the entire time. I asked her did you not hear her, she says what? I said did you not hear her, and she said well it’s loud in here. I said she is rude, she then a says we’re remaking your drink, by this time I don’t want it anymore. I asked her for the store owners name and contact and left. All of this could’ve been resolved very easily. Now I’m going to tell everyone o know about this incident and definitely never patronizing them again.
Super nice staff, everything was great. Thank you. I get the turmeric drink or the teddy bear. They also have a chumpkin which is good too. Can't really go wrong just look for the things you like. They have way more options online to pick from.
This is the only Biggby that is consistent and my order is always correct. I drive out of the way to go to this one instead of Berkley.
Stopped by for dairy free coffee and discovered a vegan free sausage 'bragel' with vegan cheese! So happy!!!! Delicious! Love that this exists!
