Came to Big Boy for a birthday breakfast with the in-laws. As usual your breakfast was delicious. The server was very nice & fantastic thank you Big Boy?????
Worse big boy in town. Ugh. The cooks sucked/super lazy. Walked in and it smelled like burnt burgers. Shouldve left then. The couple behind us left after getting their drinks, im sure because they saw how bad our food was. Restaurant was not busy at all and food took forever. Ordered a philly cheese steak and cook dumped melted american cheese on top covering the entire sandwich. Couldnt pick up sandwich without cheese spilling all over. Everything fell off the bun because there was a ridiculous amount of cheese on it. So gross. Kids burgers were burnt and fries were cold. The salad bar was equally as bad needing a refill of everything and was messy. The soups were watery and chili was like burnt spaghetti sauce. Now that i think about it, who tf runs that place? Smh do not go there unless youre the health department. Theres too many big boys in the area to go to that one. Seriously dont waste time or money.Our waitress (with glasses and red hair) was a sweetheart though.
Had a great meal with my family and had a great server (Sammy) who was very fast and attentive. She went above and beyond to make my kids fell comfortable and listened to their silly stories! The food was great…I haven’t had a Slim Jim in forever and it did not disappoint!
I wanted to share that I went into Big Boy yesterday and you have a STAR EMPLOYEE named Malena. She was so nice and so helpful. She really knows her craft well and it shows in her Customer Service. Food as always was Fantastic! I just had to mention Malena in Madison Heights. I cant say enough about her. If there is anyway for this to get to a corporate employeePlease help me git it there. They need to know.
Food was average at best. Skip the soup and salad bar. It isn't worth it.I had the hot turkey dinner and honestly couldn't tell it was turkey.Service was fast and employees were efficient and friendly.
Given the fact that they were short-staffed I think they made up for that with the quality of their service. There were a couple of miscues regarding my order but they rectified that immediately so yeah I will give them five stars short staff but management responsive was very responsive.The store was clean as were the restrooms . I had the fish and chips quite delicious thank you very much for the great lunch.??
Meet a high school girlfriend for lunch. Hadn't seen each other in YEARS. Waiter was kind and checked on us often as we started talking and not picking out a meal right away, Shocking, I know! Food was hot, fast and very tasty. We ended up staying for hours and the wait staff were friendly. The crowd moved in and out all day. Great place to eat.
$40 for two people’s breakfast buffet. It’s not inflation, you’re price gouging. $14 for a slim Jim which is bread, ham, Mayo and cheese.The breakfast buffet consists of eggs made from powder, biscuits you can’t break with a fork and knife, curdled gravy, cold hash browns and waffles or French toast. No fresh fruit. No alternatives. Their speakers are busted in the ceiling so it plays nothing but static, and the waitress didn’t want to check on us because she wasn’t making as much of a tip from a self-serve table. I also ordered carry out soup from here once and they put it in a styrofoam container. This place is honestly horrible and I’m shocked they’re passing health inspections.
The kids do their school fundraiser dinners here it's nice that they do that gets busy in there but everyone is always very pleasant and do a fantastic job. Love all the wait staff. I do miss my regular soup and sandwich option that used to be on the menu though.
The all you can eat weekend breakfast bar was continually being stocked with fresh cooked bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles and more. My coffee was topped off without having to ask for it. Servers were friendly, but understaffed. This could be due to the covid-19 virus and great resignation, but, service was excellent.
