The staff was so rude I rang the bell and waited for a few minutes while they yelling inside. Poor service attitude. I often buy Bambu Special here but the last few times it has been stale, seems like they have been stored for a long time. The last time I tried again, I asked to remove the ice separately, repeat and repeat again but when they brought it out it was still dipped in it. And the Bambu Special is still stale. Never come back.
Decent experience lots of flavor combinations and unque drinks, lots of different jellies and some Boba flavored drinks along with a variety of Smoothies.
Really disappointed with our Bambu Tea today. Upon ordering we weren’t told that the store was out of traditional Tapioca pearls, so essentially we just got iced tea. My husband said his brown sugar milk tea did not taste like it normal. We love our boba and get it frequently. In the future we will be taking our business elsewhere.
The drinks was a disappointment and the staff was rude. Definitely does not taste as good as it did when it fist open, especially since the drinks are overprice. Definitely won’t be going there anymore.
I just went there couple days ago. They charged me for three LARGE drinks and gave me regulars!! What kinda SCAM are you running?! We need better bubble tea in this area
The staff were very rude, I'm questioning about the drinks,the pricing,my reward and instead of getting answer the guy was yelling at me and put his both hands on the table. What I don't appreciate from the place was they deceiving you which how much they charge on the products versus how they put on the screen.BEWARE BEWARE they will make every excuse to charge more and refuse to refund your money no matter what. I also asked about the free add in that was on the board and the guy refuse to honor it for me. Shady shop
Not sure what the hype with this place is. I’ve been here a couple of times. Customer service isn’t good. The girl at the front was rude when ordering our drinks and we didn’t get all of our drinks until I asked her. The drinks are overpriced and quality is only sub-par. Bubble tea is nothing but sugar and water with no flavor. Not coming back! Kids prefer king fu tea over this place.
Drinks are always superb. If you like boba, this place is a most. Make sure to try their mangonada smoothie!
My husband and kids really enjoy this place. The prices are ok but the quality is amazing! The people working here are very kind and helpful if you're like me and don't know what to order. The macaroons delicious!
Cute little strip mall restaurant that sells smoothies and bubble teas. I went in there to see if we could have a bookclub meeting there. I think if a dozen of us go we will fill up the place. The drink that I had was good, but a little sweet for my taste, and the macaroon that I bought was really sweet
