I have to say I don't come this Arby's often but so far I never been disappointed. The service and food is always good. Unlike some places I can't recall ever coming here and ordering something only to find out they are out of it. I've also never come here only to find out that the register isn't working or that the shake machine is down. Which if you've ever had the Jamocha shake which is Delicious! and had a taste for one and couldn't get it you know what I mean. Though on this trip I didn't get a shake. I did try the New Market Fresh Strawberry Lemonade though, which is really good. It was made just right. I also got the hot honey boneless wings and white cheddar Mac n cheese. The wings were cooked just right and not undercooked (I say this because unfortunately I have received some from another Arby's before that was ?). Lastly I'm not a big mac n' cheese fan but I love their white cheddar mac n' cheese it's so good. I definitely recommend that if you like Arby's or would like to try any of those things and your over this way to stop by. Hope you have a good experience as well! ?
Forgot one of my beef and cheddar sandwiches but I have to say...they were moving and shaking Friday night. Everything was hot and staff was very polite. Accidents happen and I didn't check my bag very well. I thought there were two, but it was one. Which is probably exactly what happened to whoever gave me my food. Makes a difference when the staff is friendly too. I'm not mad at it, and I haven't seen that many employees is a fast food restaurant in a very long time.
Arby's is one of the best forgotten fast food places. On top of that it's definitely better than other fast food. The staff at this location is funny and really nice. The food came out exactly as expected. The one place where the food looks like the picture.
Worked 12 hrs today, stopped for something to eat for dinner,at the drive through. Got home and my order was totally wrong when i opened it up!!!? called them and they want me to get back in my vehicle and drive all the way back so they can fix it... yeah that's what I want to do after my long day,at 10 pm at night!!! And then get an attitude from the girl who answers the phone...never eat here again!!!
Food was hot I enjoy my fish sandwich..You need real hot sauce please I don't like my fish sweet...
Nuggets and fries tasted old. I asked for honey mustard sauce and they gave me 2 bbq sauces and some berry sauce. They also did not give me any ranch for the cheesesticks
Went here for dinner at 8:00 pm so many issues First the cashier at the drive thru window looked as if she was high as kite on something, second fries were extremely cold and clearly not fresh at all, third our sandwiches were okay at best, fourth we asked for sauce at the window and did not get any and lastly when I tried to call several times no one answered the phone and eventually took the phone off the hook!!! Very poor customer service in my opinion!
Rude dude at 12 Mile and Dequindre, 10:20 am, should NOT be working w public & customer service.Also my fries smelled like dirty oil YUCK!
Usually just my favorite spot for a milkshake I was rather disappointed this time the jamocha milkshake did not taste like jamocha the new caramel cinnamon milkshake you could barely taste any of the cinnamon and they were not thick usually their shakes are very thick and they were not thick so I was really disappointed
Gentleman who seemed to be a manager was completely rude when they left things out of our order. All that was missing was a roast beef slider… and he comes to the window yelling “check the bag again” and kept repeating that. They ended up making it right but maybe the gentleman should be a little nicer when I did nothing but mention something was missing in my order.
