Like many places during the pandemic, I understand are very short staffed so my experience was not based on that factor. My experience was that my steak was undercooked and had to be sent back. I was mostly disappointed in the appetizer and the burnt appearance as well as the majority of the dip was burned and stuck to the side. As far as service they did the best they could in this time.
Had a delicious meal at this Applebees tonight! Wanted to give it another try since we had a bad experience last year and had not been back since then. Kevin seated us and he had the biggest smile and was so nice. Kim our server was great and friendly and got our order in quickly. Happy to see things have improved. We will definitely make this restaurant one of our favorites again!
I visited the store on Saturday evening. Yes we had a small wait on our food which is expected if a place of business is busy...Our server DeAngela was more than great with our service we always had refills. As for the manager she was every where from running food touching tables and in the service bar... I don't see that often this has been a great visit.... P.S the manager makes a great perfect.... From one manger of a place of business to another it was a win win....
I came in Saturday we had a fantastic time and great food! Jackie and Dee made a great team they worked so hard! Kept our cups full and the table clear! Best service I've had in along time
Yes they were semi busy… BUT only 1/2 the restaurant was sat.. I’ve been a sever for many years so I know how it can be and tend not to leave bad reviews because of that. With that’s being said, this applebees earned a whopping 0 stars from me and my party.12 minutes to get greeted at our table, 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. 45+ minutes for our food.I got up because we had our appetizers for 5+ minutes with no silver ware. Had to get up and ask for a refill. Had to get up and ask for boxes. I wait 5-10 minutes after I need something before I go ask someone for it to see if my server will do their job.This bees failed miserably in my eyes and we won’t be back. ???
I've ordered meals to go twice in the past 10 days, from 2 different locations. (I saw a packed restaurant at pickup & wouldn't consider eating inside.) I was very disappointed with the quality and content of several parts of these orders. This past weekend a friend & I ordered a full slab of baby back ribs. The side of onion rings (substituted for fries)was only 4 pieces (Seriously?). The small side of Bacon Mac & Cheese we ordered had only a tiny sprinkle of bacon bits (not sure it was real bacon) and cost $2.50. A week earlier, I looked online and decided to order a meal deal (per their site)- an appetizer and 2 for $20 entrees. I was informed that the meal deal was now 2 for 24 or 2 for 27 or 2 for 30, depending which entrees you ordered. None of this was correct on the website. There were problems in that order too. There were no other prices listed for anything on the menu & it was difficult to have together information on everything from busy & overworked staff. I have a small amount left on my gift card. After that, I'm not going back to this restaurant.
When first walked in smelled horrible so much so as gagging should have left. Got an old menu with old prices mentioned but nothing done other then sorry. No special drink offered so asked to write appetizers off was given a coupon for next time so at least something. Dustpan right next to table. Appetizer cold. Meal was at least hot. Sever was good. Guess should believe reviews next time.
Came in for a pick up order. No one acknowledged me till I approached a server. Food was 25 minutes late. The server and bartender argued over an order then a drink. Great time if you like that kind of thing.
The waitress was okay. I did not tip because she forgot my silverware and my coffee. And the only reason why because she forgot about bringing me my bill she had me sitting there for about an hour after I finish eating and requested for my coffee 20 minutes it took after I request it pretty much I was at Applebee's for 3 hours by myself for no apparent reason. But the food was good and they make a good burger
Reunion with childhood friends. One we haven't seen in 41 years, so dinner and drinks and a lot of laughs in a laid back atmosphere was great.
