today I ordered from Wingstop through DoorDash, I spent 69 dollars,ordered 3 meals for my children,& only received chicken ?this company would not help us in any way after I’ve spent my last to feed my children what they wanted for dinner ?? To the company, u all should do better by ur costumes, u never know what someone is going through or when it’s there last????
Everything was wrong with my online order. Different wings and sauces then what I normally ordered. Very disappointed I will take my business somewhere else.
I ordered 10 wing combo, 5 garlic parmesan + 5 honey hot rub. The garlic parmesan was too little like they used 1/4 tsp for 5 wings. The other 5 were plain, no flavor at all. The fries were dry, and cold. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because the wings were perfectly cooked and I received my order on time. But you guys can do better with flavoring
The Hall Road location is by far the worst Wing Stop location in all of Metro Detroit. The only thing is that we were hungry. We ordered garlic parmesan chicken, we got plain. Our fries, and chicken was cold. And they refused to sub pops for more fries. But I'm glad because... More cold fries. Never ordering from here again.
May 2022 - picked up the food with no issues. However, when I got home my fries were cold. Chicken was ok. However, they were drenched in the sauce. The chicken was very soft. However, the hawaiian and smoked bbq was ok. Parmesan with lemon was not bad, I would say that was my favorite. If you go here I would recommend the sauces on the side if you can.
like many others, I found the service bad. Once I called and was on hold for a long time, I remained on hold as I drove to the store, then I walked in and no one was at the counter to take my order, and eventually I just left, it was basically impossible to place an order
Ordered at 8pm, got to the store at 8:30pm, was told my food wasn't ready but it would be ready in 2 minutes. Waited at the front counter until 9:05pm staring at them, the girl asked me for my name again, turns out my food had been sitting on the shelf since before I walked in at 8:30pm. My food is now cold, they didn't care, didn't even apologize. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.Order #8743911484719106
I ordered food from this location last week and was unhappy with the service. I placed an order for (4) 10 piece wings. Assuming that there would be order accuracy....I get home to find only (3) 10 piece wings. I was missing an item. I called the location only to find myself going back and forth with a "Marko". I explained that I was missing a 10 piece and he insisted that he had prepared my food and that it was in the bag. Asking me was I sure it wasn't in the bag and making me feel dumb, like I don't know the difference between 3 and 4 boxes???? As a customer service business the proper approach should've been an apology followed by a resolution. When I spend my money I expect professional services....
We ordered 75 wings for the Superbowl on Saturday to be ready at 4:45 Sunday. When I arrived the place was packed with customers standing around. There was no organization whatsoever. I went to the counter and asked about my order and was told now that I have arrived they will check me in. Check me in? What does that mean? It means they are just starting the order now! My wife and I own a business and know how important customer service is, this place does not. I would not recommend coming here, this will be the last time for me.
I was excited to try Wingstop for the first time and saw there's a location near by now. I was greatly disappointed. The boneless wings just seemed off, like the batter was fully cooked and a bit grissly. I'd honestly get Mcnuggets from McDonald's over these.
