I hate to do this but I feel compelled. I had a strong craving for an original chocolate frosty. I pulled into the drive through and was told that they only served strawberry at this location, even though their menu says it has chocolate. What Wendy's doesn't sell a chocolate frosty, I mean it's their thing, correct!?!The bigger issue is that I was locked in the drive through, no way to exit, so I am still sitting here 15 minutes later.
This particular location always has old food never fresh. I also had a very simple order today that consisted of; a frosty, nuggets, and fries.They still managed to mess up and give me the spicy nuggets rather than regular.. on top of that the nuggets had been sitting there for well over a couple hours. Completely dried out.
Great location with a very friendly staff that has no issues if you get to the window and have that 'oh s...' moment of forgetting to order something. They take great care to get everything perfect and it shows!
Very good service at this location and much faster and cleaner than the one near our old home. Closer to the Wendy's I remember in my youth.
I just had gastric sleeve, going off of the menu from the list I was given, chili from Wendy's was on there. It just made me sick. It had burnt, hard, unchewable pieces in it.

I’ve never had a problem with the staff and they are usually pleasant or at least neutral. They are always quick to correct any mistakes with my order and are apologetic. I’ve made it a habit to check my bag to make sure they got my order right before driving off. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the food. Note their drink sizes are quite large. Their small is a McDonald’s medium.

worst wendys in the macomb area, went a couple days ago and 2 of 3 burgers were NOT cooked!!! went yesterday (4/16/22) and got a $5 biggie bag, got home and opened the bag and the only thing in the bag were fries and nuggets, they completely forgot the main part of the meal, THE BURGER!! HOW?!?
This is the large fry I received (before having eaten any of them.) Only 1 sandwich out of a 5 item order was even warm, everything else was cold and soggy. I don’t expect a fast food meal to be great, but this was just gross and a waste of money.
Best part about my visit was the order-taker/ gal at the window, she was very pleasant. Only one car ahead of me at the drive thru. Ate my fries first, diappointed that they werent hot and crispy like I've seen on recent commercials that they would be. EXTREMELY disappointed when I found my cheeseburger to be COLD! Cheese wasnt melted AT ALL! The restaurant wasnt busy, there is no reason for this! ?
