Haven't had Pizza Hut in 2 years because of bad experiences. This was different. When we called we made sure to ask for well done crust. When we picked up our order the manager made sure we checked the pizza before we paid for it. Outstanding!
Very friendly cooks, pizza was great. Way better than I expected
The pizza was absolutely HORRIBLE. I literally found a LONG HAIR that was baked into a piece. The employees were really shady as well. One of them asked me if I could drive them home and made everyone uncomfortable. Then they said they were just joking to see what I’d say…..The other employees apologized to me. I will never buy pizza from them again. I feel sick that I ate someone’s hair. I would give zero stars if I could!!
Tried this location for the first time the other night and it was good. Was greeted when I walked in and when I walked out. Will continue ordering from this location.Update: 3/11/2022Recently ordered from here again for the first time in awhile. They no longer have flavored crust as an option. The 2 pizzas I ordered were very bland and just not appetizing at all, we were very disappointed. Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorite pizza chains a long time ago but they have fell down to the equivalent of Little Caesars in my personal opinion. Will probably be a long time before I order from here again.
This was some of the best pizza and bread I have ever had from, Pizza Hut.
Deliver what I orderedI ordered 2 Personal Pan with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. They sent a medium with regular cheese & pepperoni. I asked the driver what was going on and he said they were out of personal pans and he was told I was informed of the issue. He was wrong. They never told me anything they just changed my order and said nothing. They could have at least given me the toppings I ordered.
I don't normally give franchises a five star because they don't deserve more than a 3. However this for me was a great experience from the customer service to the quality of the food. We order from here every few weeks. Always had a positive experience.
This was our first trip to the this location. Bases on the quality of Pizza Hut stores we visited in the past. I did not want to visit this store. My wife did. The other Pizza Hut we went to is now closed. After visiting several times and being disappointed, we were done with Pizza Hut. HOWEVER, after eating the pizza last night, I was impressed with the quality, the taste. This store won us back. I am looking forward to next weeks pizza night and ordering again from the location.
Cold, dry, and old. Pizza wasn't even the kind that was ordered on top of it. The refund was appreciated because the food was inedible
They don’t even deliver 4 miles down the road. The people who work at this Pizza Hut look for ANY excuse not to work. They prefer to just sit around all day getting paid for doing absolutely nothing. And the food is TERRIBLE. If you’ve eaten good Pizza Hut before, you would know how badly the food is prepared here. Truly bottom of the barrel service.And the nice little cherry on top? They ALL have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. Just really really bad service. They just don’t care.Trust me, eat anywhere else. This place will most likely close due to poor employment/management.
