The food is extraordinarily overpriced. I believe the staff tries to do their best but almost every single time the order is incorrect. My orders usually take 20 or more minutes even though they only have two main dishes and perhaps a side or two. Whenever I'm waiting, since we can see the kitchen and front counter staff, the majority of their communication is the front sending back things that are incorrectly made or pieces that are missing and people's scrambling around because customers are pointing out that they forgot dishes. It seems to be an extremely prevalent issue. Dishes are constantly missing or made incorrectly. I do believe this is because their timer system is attempting to rush the employees so much that employees are marking things as completed in order to try to beat out the timer and then trying to go back and then the kitchen and front end aren't communicating properly and that is what is causing all the missed dishes or improperly made dishes. And unfortunately the employees at this location have nothing to do with that and cannot change that because that is a corporation issue. I understand wanting to make workers be efficient in their time but forcing them to move so fast that they mess up every single order just makes things worse, not better. There were some cleanliness issues both front and back and when I informed one of these staff members during one of my visits that the restroom was out of toilet paper, even though that stuff member was just sitting there talking to somebody, in the 20 something minutes I was there they never bothered to go put more toilet paper in the bathroom. Multiple other customers also informed them and they simply said they would get to it and continue to chat amongst themselves. That is an employee issue. The food however was fresh and was hot when it did eventually come out which is the only reason they are getting three stars because I love pasta so much. But they definitely need some new training, and to learn that when you're at work you need to be working, and corporate needs to rethink some of their policies as well.

Love it’s location..very spacious, clean and friendly staff..great preparations; adequate portion size..lots of varieties even for vegetarians.. highly recommend this place

I highly recommend noodles and company to EVERYONE. They have so many vegetarian, dairy free, and gluten free options. The pad Thai is to die for and my brother raves about the Mac n cheese. My boyfriend said the spaghetti is better than made at home. They even brought it out to the car in a timely matter.

The staff was helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. There was a wait that I hadn't even noticed until a member of the staff apologized for the wait as I was handed my food. I was offered a cookie as compensation for the wait and I briefly debated accepting the offer. I can say with certainty that accepting that small gesture of compassion with chocolate chips throughout put pep in my step I otherwise would have been missing all day - to the employee that so graciously offered me that cookie, thank you for going above and beyond where you really didn't have to. It changed my day for the better. The penne rosa was amazing as always. Huge recommend.

My boyfriend and I came here during a day that we were running errands. The food was good but the portions were so small! We were both still really hungry when we left, so we probably won't be going back.

Fast and friendly. But my chicken was burnt to a crisp and the noodles were more watery than saucy. Pretty disappointed since I usually love Noodles.

Unprofessional, young staff and the food literally made me sick. Kids left our food waiting on the counter while me and my lunch buddy sat and waited maybe 20-25 minutes for me to finally get up to see that our food was sitting on the counter while NOBODY else was in the restaurant. They were just standing there while our food sat there getting cold and our hunger grew. Surprisingly the food was still warm enough to eat or maybe we were just starving at this point. Well to add insult to injury me and my lunch date were both sick for the next two days and it was from this place. I predict this place will be closed down and turned into something else soon. Terrible experience.

I've been coming here a couple of times and they've been okay. However, I tried dining in for the first time with my friends and ordered the zucchini with grilled chicken. They brought it out and it was ice cold. I've had this dish before and I knew it wasn't cold. We verified this with an employee and they remade it. They brought it out a second time and it was still cold. We went up to the counter and waited for a few minutes, all the while the employee made eye contact with us and DID NOT help us. After a couple more minutes, she finally came over and helped us. We at least got a refund, but I'm never coming back here.

The bowls were blah. I had a custom bowl and they forgot the chicken. I haven't been in a while and every question we asked about the menu was met with short answers. Though they weren't rude.

Cold food, asked to remake it and they brought me cold food again. I had enough and wanted a refund. I went to the front and it took the girl at the back counter 10 minutes to acknowledge me. She was doing doordash orders. She looked right past me(even looked around me) to look for another patron. Then turned her back and waited another 5 min to acknowledge me. Horrible food and horrible customer service. This franchise deserves to go out of business.
