The KFC website (for this 45780 N Gratiot location) shows the standard 8pc bucket of all dark meat available. At the drive-up order speaker the employee says that this location does not offer that... you have to get mixed pieces. I went to the New Baltimore location and they served it.
This is the worst ever KFC. They.are out of things all the time. Last time it was chicken tenders now that are out of popcorn chicken until tomorrow. I tried to order at 5 pm.. WILL DEFENITELY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION FROM NOW ON!
Worst visit I ever had ! I came to pick up a doordash delivery, went through drive thru no cars there at all , a very rude white male came on and said doordash pick is inside ...... last week it was drive thru so anyways I go into the store , it's dirty and nasty smh I proceed to the restroom and the same rude white male with the headset on says bathrooms aren't for customers, I said excuse me says who , he states it's the law ! Lmao anyways .....I proceeded to go wash my hands then I go to the counter and he says BYE LEAVE ....I say excuse me ? What kind of drugs are you on ? Cause clearly he hates his life right now and needs Jesus or a hug .....he states that I'm ignorant because I went to the restroom lmao at this point I can't stop laughing and I urge him to please do some work , clean up , or something he said naw I don't have too smh ....the worst ! Needless to say there was a very nice gentleman that assisted me in getting the order prepared and to me. I understand finding a good employee is hard these days but he was literally the worst .
I would not recommend going there. Went there 3 times and each time they messed up my order. The last straw came just recently the 3rd time 2 cokes were given with carbonated water no coke ordered 8 biscuits got 2 gravy was a tiny bowl and only one mashed potato tub instead of 2. Chicken was good. But I will never go to this KFC unless a Supervisor changes things there. Also we had ordered 2 chicken tender only got one but charged for 2. Called back no answer.
Used the app. We ordered the 12 pc dark meat bucket meal with 3 sides. And some biscuits. Our order took 10-15 minutes longer than what it said on the app. And then when we got home, we discovered they gave us the variety which was mixed dark and white meat :(
I have to admit, KFC IS NOT CHEAP, BUT, WELL WORTH THE MONEY! 8pc chicken dinner with potatoes, gravy, 4 biscuts, and corn. $29+. Got home, and, the food was all hot and fresh! Chicken was breaded correctly, not dry, very tasty!! A lot of these chicken places (NOT KFC) nowadays, are all not maintainance friendly with food and oil rotations. this location never has pot pies, why even have it on the mini of they aren't gonna be served. we showed up at 8:15pm, they say menu is limited die to closing soon... they don't close for 45 minutes, and only option was a bowl. staff was horrible, do not go here.
TERRIBLE!! Ordered hot wings- they said it would take 13 minutes to which I agreed. Waited over 30 minutes and they gave me regular nuggets s and my order was cold. Didn’t even get any of my order right. Never again.
This was the hardest chicken I've ever tasted. This for sure sat out all day..probably even more than one day. Chicken so hard you cant even eat it. Fries cold and soggy. Biscuits also couldn't be eaten because they must have been days old. Much better off going to Chick fil A a few miles away.
We stopped in to get a Couple of Pot Pies #16 and Ordered them and was Told to Park and Wait for our Order. Approximately 10 Minutes Later The Manager who took the Order Came out and Gave Us Two Combo Bowls Instead, Real Quick and Two Pepsi's Separately because she Said they were out of the Drink Container's which was A LIE Because when I went Inside, there were several sitting on the Counter. and then. She Ran Back Inside and then I Checked Our Bag and it WASN'T What we Ordered and I Had to go Inside to Get Our Correct Order And Receipt and Sarah said that the Receipt Machine was Broken and I was Given Two Pot Pies in a Bag with NO Straws and NO Silverware. She is the WORST Manager that I Have Ever Seen in ANY Restaurant. She NEVER Apologized and Just Told Her Coworker to Give Us Two Pot Pies. When we Got Home and Put the Pot Pies on a Plate, there were ONLY TWO SMALL Pieces of Chicken in Each Pot Pie. DON'T BUY POT PIES At This Location and AVOID It Because of the Lazy MANAGER Who Shows She doesn't Care About the Customers and Shows NO Respect for them, and We've been coming to this Location for Over 20 Years.
