This location is NOT dog friendly. Today was 96° and I specifically did a pick up order so my dog wouldn't be left outside in the heat, and after 25mins of waiting I had gotten my dog out of the car because I was worried about her and waited outside the store and the the female employee said "who brings a dog to a restaurant, gross!" Then wait 5 more mins before going inside to ask for a refund and was rudely greeted and told my food would be right up and they were not polite. I will not be going back to that location ever again! Not to mention my dog is my registered service animal!
This is the worst of all jj stores. Going on 2 hours waiting for my delivery and im .16 away from store. Yes i could go but have a baby. Freaky fast not a chance . this is the 4th time now and every delivery has been over an hour.Staffing issue...please change your motto to flipping slow
It did take an hour to deliver across Hall Rd, however, the sub was the best one that I've had to date from any Jimmy Johns. I chalked up the long wait as part of the weather we've got going on or the fact that may she had a long list of deliveries. She waited in my lobby to make sure I picked up the food. She was pleasant and I appreciate her doing the driving for me. Guess what I know for the future... order 30 mins earlier. No problem for me! Thank you!
Is Jimmy John's the best place for a fast lunch at noon in Metro Detroit? Probably not but that's across the board with their locations. The times to go are mid-afternoon or after 7pm for speedy service. I've gotten hard bread a few times in the evening. Haven't ordered delivery yet but I've ordered online for pickup at least a dozen times and they come through with the accuracy.
Order 2 #9 and a box meal One of the number 9 had no meat on it just cheese and lettuce
My order took forever while I had to sit & listen to the employees talking non stop. I get home to find there’s no Mayo on my sub, the tomatoes are totally pale, the bread is so hard my jaw hurts from chewing and even the pre-packaged chips are stale! What the heck
Food came an hour after ordering, bread was rock hard, meat had a weird texture. Never going to this location again. This isn't the first (or second) time this has happened.
I ordered a catering tray for my wedding For the time between the wedding and the reception for the party Bus. I ordered the tray one week in advance and paid for it in advance along with a hefty tip. I stated in the delivery instructions to deliver to the party bus parked in front of the church and stated the name of the party bus company. The catering order never showed up. I called Jimmy John's and the driver stated that he gave it to a lady who said she would take care of it. The catering order never showed up. I asked what could he done now because we were expecting a a tray of subs but the manager stated nothing can be done and my money will be refunded.... the answer i was looking for was "hang tight and we will rush deliver a tray to you or have your party bus swing by and pick up your tray we will remake it." But instead the manager was rather short with me and said sorry about your luck it was delivered but must have fallen into the wrong hands. Needless to say I would never recommend this Jimmyjohns.
If I freaky fast they may making you stand inside for 10 minutes while they skip your order and you have to ask them for your stuff then yeah this place is great
Terrible! The girl answered the phone, used the computer then used the slicer all with the same pair of gloves. When I got home I realized that they got my order wrong. Also after I ordered another customer came in and all 5 workers stopped making my order because some guy came in and asked to buy bread. I had to ask them to continue my order.
