I keep coming back expecting not to get food poisoning…. But this is the third time and all I ate was breadsticks and dip. I’m writing this after spending all night being violently ill…Eat here at your own risk.it’s so unfortunate because I used to love their pizza.
The young lady who cashed my out was very kind and helpful. The store was so busy but even the adorable guy that gave me my order had a smile. The order was accurate and very tasty!

Last night I was having a bad night at work after a stressful week. I decided I was going to have a cheat night and order pizza. I just wanted one good thing in my life, one thing that wouldn't go wrong. This pizza was it. The staff was so polite and professional, my order was ready quickly and correctly, nothing was missing and it tasted amazing. Thank you to the staff of Jets Pizza at 21 and Garfield for giving me the best part of my day last night. I appreciate you.
Pizza is good, sometimes (compared to other Jets) they're skimpy on the toppings, I noticed. It's also a little pricey when compared to other pizza places. I actually canceled my order at the counter when he gave me the price of a small square with one topping, a bag of chips and a ranch...was $20, I thought that was a lot!
Got a round pizza and a deli boat this afternoon. Pizza was good. Deli boat was the worse. Big piece of dough and had MAYBE 3 pieces of ham and a little cheese. If you are going to sell these at least put something in them.
Online order. On time. Accurate. Haphazardly sliced my large square Jet’s 10. Lobby is the size of a broom closet. But friendly service.
Ordered salad and breadsticks tonight. Salad was limp, slimy, and tomatoes were shriveled. Spoke with manager, who sounded like he was about 20 years old and he was very rude. Don't believe he was an actual manager. He offered to give us 15.00 off next order, even though our order was 20.00! He then hung up on me. Unbelievable! Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT patronize this place. They put customers and customer service LAST!
Estimate for delivery was 30-40 mins. One hour later I received my order.. with missing items. When I called the store Maria answered. I asked for a refund in the Pepsi and delivery fees. She couldn't do the fees. And hung up on me after saying "ok".Edit: it has been a few days and she never confirmed the refund on the Pepsi before hanging up. It still has not reflected on my bank. I don't believe my refund was ever made because she would have asked for my information.. instead as I have mentioned... She disconnected the call without saying anything.
