Cashier was one of the friendliest I've seen in a while, very nice and food was fresh and tasty.
Ordered a full meal with a water bottle. Ordered at the window a cup of ice as apart of my order. Got to the window and they didn’t have the cup of ice. I explained I ordered it at the window. She said she didn’t have that on the order & needed to charge me a $1. Drive through window girl was very rude & snippy about it. I drove off & wont be returning.
July 22 2022. I ordered a flamethrower burger combo, no tomato. A chili dog with no cheese add ketchup and mustard. Got home, there were no fries and apparently the cashier didn't put no tomatoes. So I called and in the beginning I was respectful but the manager was rude and said because the receipt didn't say no tomatoes he responded by sayings what, throwing away" unsatisfactory, rude and inaccurate service. If I could give a zero, I would.
If you like melted ice cream- this is the place to go! (6/28/21 @7:15pm) because I normally get a sprinkle cone for my daughter & a blizzards for myself. They handed me a dripping cone and my blizzards even seemed to not look as solid as it normally would be.I called the manager as soon as we pulled off to inform them, didn’t want to complain or be rude. He blamed the weather and it’s currently 75 degrees with a breeze… I told him that’s how it was when it was given to me and I was going to say something but decided not to because why remake a order for the same outcome?I also informed him that the drive thru lady was rushing me. As I told her I need a moment to review the menu, she said okay, then asked if I needed anything else. I informed her I needed to look over the menu for myself and she said okay.. & asked again if I was ready.I was also cleaning the sprinkles off of myself before pulling away and they were ready to get the next order out the window.. I should have said something, but felt I shouldn’t have to be put in that position of asking for my ice cream to be remade because it was already melting as the lady handed it to me.I understand they don’t want to make people wait, or they need to reach a certain goal/time to clear off the screen, but the efficiency failed this evening. I’ve never had a problem before with the cone or blizzards being so “runny”. Maybe they need to get their machines checked or wait to hear a complete order before preparing the order.
For the long line they had they were quick. It was cold and sweet! Had my first banana split, great option if you have someone to share with.

Medium sizeOne Snicker Blizzard without chocolate sauce added in (just vanilla icecream and snickers pieces). Medium sizeWhat we received:Cherry chocolate blizzard-plainSnicker blizzard w/ chocolate drizzle AND chocolate core.Only the cherry bliz was ate.The rest was trash as i dont like the way it was made. If i asked for no extra chocolate to be added in (because i mean, if im paying for it it should be made the way i asked and i DONT like chocolate drizzle or that nasty core AT ALL).After waiting in that LONNNNNNG line and paying for what we ask for, she still got it wrong. We even made sure to repeat the order, and she still took it down wrong. Smh. Never again.Owners: please put more effort and interest into your company. Make sure your not just hiring who ever. Also, retrain your managers. They are rude! We shouldnt be the ones keeping it Business at all times as a customers. Its their JOB. If i give respect, should get it back.Edit: after reading reviews, i see im not the only one this happened to in the past week let alone month/year. And from what i see the owner dont care, so just go to a diff location where they do care. I hear the one on N.Gratiot is better. Will go there from now on. DO NOT GO HERE!!
The blizzards are mixed terribly at this location. I ordered two different kinds and both were only mixed in the top third of the large cups. Other than this, at least they can make a basic vanilla sunday with sprinkles, cannot really mess that up.
All three blizzards we ordered were completely melted. More like ice cream soup. Very disappointing experience.
The food was hot and fresh. Burgers were juicy, buns were super soft. Onion rings were crispy and delicious. The blizzards were a bit of a bummer, they weren't mixed up very well. The girl scout thin mint blizzard was inconsistent, there would be swirls of dark green mint syrup and then just a bunch of vanilla ice cream, very little cookies/mix-ins were in there. Service was nice and the drive thru wait was minimal
I visited this dairy queen yesterday and was very disappointed. I had a 20 gift card and between my kids chicken finger kids meal, my number 1 meal, and another kids grilled cheese meal it was 22 dollars. I had to keep asking questions at the drive through as the teller didn't seem interested at all in my order. Fries were burned and slim to none on all the orders. The only good thing was the kids ice cream cones. This was at around 5pm. Not bashing just justifying getting what we payed for which wasn't pleasant.
