Disgusting: on 5/29 at around 3:30pm, I ordered a family meal. Drove to the 1st window. There, my family and I witnessed a male employee (I think he was the supervisor/manager on duty that day) wiping his butts in plain view. He smelled the brown napkin he used to wipe before tossing it into the garbage can. Didn’t wash his hands before going to the food racks. I actually saw him tossed a fry into his mouth with that unwashed left hand. I cancelled my order at the 2nd window, and told the girls working there of what happened. Not sure if they are obligated to raise my concerns. Not only it was a public indecency behavior, but also a public health concern. I called the corporate hot line, and ask them to pull the video. We’ll see if they do it.
This is the only burger King in the area I will go to. They always seem like their food is fresh and hot atthe drive-thru.
This store and this franchise is very shady, would highly recommend not working here or eating here. For one they don’t date their food properly they just charge the times on everything. And if someone is sick they don’t send them home, they stay in the back making the food your eating. And if you get the GM of the store Vicki mad she’ll pin false accusations on you and fire you. Director of operations Kevin says he cares about his stores and employees but refuses to install cameras for their safety and to clear up false accusations. Stay clear !!!!!!
The only store I know were every employee I see that’s working looks high or drunk, I wouldn’t waste my money here. This franchises is clearly a joke
Took forever at the drive through probably because 2 of their staff were fighting in the back by the garage bins . Verbally not physically; extremely unprofessional and lacking awareness.
I dont know what happened to this place but it's the worst burger King I have ever seen. It's not clean what so ever. The people who work here are mean as hell and most of the time Won't even acknowledge you, as if they are above the customers.
WATCH YOUR CARD TRANSACTIONS AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. They like to steal from their customers. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers ONLY and was charged $11. Then when I called they treated me as though I was lying. I was not given a receipt. 2 cheeseburgers only totaled out to a little under $4. The person at the drive-thru wasn’t paying attention anyways. Terrible service.
It’s the rude customer service In the drive-through that gives it a one star. April 8th at 7:46pm. Didn’t even toast my sourdough bread on the melt.
Ordered the new Bacon Whopper Melt and opened it up to see the bread to not even be toasted and it to be soggy bread. Extremely disgusting and was a waste of money. This location suprised me as I haven't had many issues from here before but this is unacceptable
Burger King (all locations) Highway robbers!!! Used to go once a month. Up till November 2021 paid $9.51 for Whopper meal, then in December the very same meal... $12.92. They're paying employees $14 to. $16/ hr and giving $300 hiring bonuses and raise this price $3.40. The customer suffers... lost my business 4 ever!!!
