I used to come to this Bigby literally every single day. 5 star coffee and a 5 star staff. I dont know WHAT changed but I do my best to avoid this Bigby at all costs now because spending $8 for a single Coffee that is ALWAYS either rang in wrong, made wrong, or BOTH.I probably only come her once a month now (if that) since my order is consistently made incorrectly.Have you considered paying your employees a liveable wage so they can care about taking the order correctly at least or making the coffee right?

for some reason, this location has some of the rudest baristas in the morning.after their stinky attitudes, they will ask you to leave a tip on the cardvery strange
I used to go here regularly. However sometimes my Career keeps me away from this location. All the people who work there are friendly. New faces since I went a few months ago. Shout out to the Triple Cross Girl.

The quality of service has significantly declined the last few months, and wait times in the drive through have increased to where it might take you 30 minutes to get a coffee if you're 4th in line. I get that we're in a labor shortage, so I didn't hold that against them, but the newest batch of hires have not only been getting simple orders wrong, they're being indignant and rude when asked to fix their mistakes.
Lackluster customer service in drive thru, did not get order correct the first time and was rude; really seems like training is severely lacking along with scraping the bottom of the barrel in employees. Also the slowest drive thru I’ve experienced for a couple of coffees.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but was meeting a friend there. Besides coffee, they had a wide assortment of non-coffee drinks, both hot and cold.Staff was really friendly, and the seating allowed for a relaxed meeting.
