So we thought we would try a new Chinese Restaurant and we got the family dinner for two, Almond Boneless Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken instead of the Pork, Soup and Egg Roll! Couldn't wait! The gravy for the chicken was burned. I called and the lady on the phone and she said it wasn't! For sure it was!!! The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it had a touch of ketchup in it. The Won Ton Soup was very good. The eggroll was overdone and tough, not crispy but tough to chew. Normally I would not give a bad review but the owner didn't try to remedy the gravy situation eventhough I told her I Know what Burnt tasted like. Also the Almond Boneless chicken had no slivered almonds on it, nor scallions which I am used to getting. Further, they have no current menu on line that I could find. I had to go there and get the menu and order.
We are regulars and we love the place. Eat here a couple times a month. Can't wait till this Covid stuff is over so we can go and eat in the restaurant.

I ordered shrimp chop suet they gave me chicken shop suet I called and she argued with me that I ordered chicken not even apologized for making a mistake so rude and unprofessional
We usually love Baily, but today my almond boneless chicken with white rice, they forgot the gravy sauce and made a mistake and gave be fried rice. Call and went back to pick up the white rice and gravy sauce, which they assured me they would have it ready. When I arrived it was not ready and had to wait almost 10 minutes for it. When I got home and noticed the gravy and the fried rice reeked of cigarette smoke. Smelled so bad could not eat it.
Baily has the best Chinese food! Friendly staff, and good prices as well. They are only open for carry out nowadays, but the food is still amazing! 10/10

By far the worst food I've had that I can remember. Pad Thai was just like soup with only a soy sauce flavor, with I think pasta noodles. Absolutely nothing good about the food, even the egg rolls were cold, dry and small. I rarely post reviews, but this place is the worst.In addition, it's Oct 2021 and the lobby looks like Dexter's kill room!
Love this place! It’s my go-to for takeout. Wonderful and polite staff and delicious food.
