I read about this place in the newspaper when they did an article on the best subs in Macomb County. My cousins are the Ventimiglia’s (who made #3) and the Bommarito’s (who made #1) so I had to go in and check them out. I am a fan!! The sub was delicious and the bread they put it on was perfect. The thinly sliced deli meats and homemade vinaigrette took it to a whole other level. I haven’t tried anything else yet, but I sure will give it a try since they are so close.Of course, I will still patronize the others mentioned above, I just have another place to add to my favorites!!
We gave Angela’s a try to cater my parents’ anniversary party, we sampled all the subs and had the hardest time choosing because they were ALL SO DELICIOUS! My favorite is the 4th Street Wolverine (that horseradish sauce is amazing!) but you can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches. The raspberry chocolate cake and mini cannolis were incredible too, every guest raved about the food and I’m not surprised. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see Mark and his staff at Angela’s…you won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love their smiles and friendly customer service. We've purchased a variety of their desserts from lemon bars to cake pops to donuts (little man wanted a donut cake for his bday). My oldest son just experienced their sandwiches yesterday- he loved every bite which is a huge compliment coming from him as he's a very picky eater. :)
Angela’s did a wonderful job on the cake for our Mom’s birthday party. Tasted great and wasn’t ridiculously expensive like some of the other bakeries. Definitely recommend.
I heard about this spot on the Eat Local Macomb Facebook group! They all raced about it so I gave it a try. They weren't wrong. What a great place! We will definitely be back!
Outstanding local deli. My favorite is the Italian, the house dressing is to die for. They should sell it by the gallon! Weekly rotating sandwich never disappoints. Bakery items are high quality. 10/10 super nice owner as well
The only criticism is the traffic flow of the business. There is none. People are everywhere, no direction, cash register is in the middle of the counter. Employees need to control the flow of pick up orders & customers ordering baked goods. The Best Subs in town by far. Reconfigure the traffic flow it will help train customers how to serve them better & sales will increase. I assure you. I would have bought more today!
