Love the new breakfast sandwich, came thru the drive thru at 7am, excited because they open at 630 but was greeted with no response. I looped around thinking maybe I didn’t set the beeper off. But I saw 2 more cars pull up and pull off with no service either. I was patient, pulled back to the speaker, and after 10 minutes left disappointed because it was clear the staff saw me and just did not want to serve me this morning.
As will most ff places these days, they seemed a bit understaffed... but the service was nice and friendly! The food was mediocre, definitely had better Wendy's.
It is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Consistently month after month
They were kind of short staffed but this is one of the best Wendy's I've visited.
The breakfast I receive was fresh hot and delicious the staff were kind they had a smiling face when they was getting my money and giving me my food
Did the drive thru,and was not disappointed. Food was hot,fresh,and their new fries are amazing

Wendy's was good, just avoid the 3:00p.m. hour drive-thru on a Sunday! The line was short but it was an Extremely Long wait before I got to the window to place my order. Food was good & hot though.
Spoiled and wilted tomatoes...salad was expired. This was a Southwest Avacado Salad. Went back through drive thru, the salad that they tried to give me was worse than the last. I asked for a refund. They took back the 1st salad, which was cool. But it's Covid. Why are you taking food back after it's been passed and opened up by the customer???
Found a lot of hair wrapped around my fries was disappointed & discussed.. tried calling to make a report but no answer.. will never go back again .. still can’t understand why they want 15$hr & can’t do simple or follow simple rules of customer service ..
