As I sat in the drive through, I heard the lady on the speaker telling the man in front of me all the things they were out of. It helped me decide what to order, but even with that info, they were still out of two things I was trying to get.It was late afternoon and they were out of all frosties except strawberry, all teas, Asiago cheese, and at least three other things she mentioned to the guy in front of me. She was awesome about it. Good attitude, apologetic, and kind.I felt bad for her. I'm sure not everyone was nice about it.I know there are shortages everywhere, and I have no real answer in how to fix it, but something that used to be so reliable really isn't any longer. Maybe that's a good thing?
Waited in the drive-through, after someone had ordered, for 20 minutes with no one answering. I called the store and the guy that answered said they were open and someone would be there. Another 10 mins later, suddenly the system is down and the lady can’t take any orders. This Wendy’s is terrible. They could have just said that instead of leaving me waiting for 30 mins.
Wasn't feeling good so took the kids to get frosties.....decided I could hold down a salad. No spoons and two straws I ordered 6 frosties. So I got the southwest salad with spicy chicken or so I thought. I got home to open my food to have a few pieces of lettuce (literally like 15 pieces)and a mess of I don't know what. I looks like a combo of bacon chicken and guacamole smashed together. For yall to charge me almost 9 dollars for a salad that isn't a salad and not even close to appealing, I couldn't eat it. All I wanted was a salad and I got what looks like my 3yr old daughter made. Don't go here you won't be happy
I ordered a Baconactor large meal, bbq bourbon burger large meal and 4 piece kids meal. What I got was 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, 2 large fries and drinks and kids meal had 2 nuggets and barely any fries. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and they said it was too late since we left and can't prove that's what they gave us. Like seriously? I don't want to spend $30 for them to mess up the food and say too bad we left. That's disrespectful and bad customer service. I would avoid this location at all costs. The drive thru guy must been having a bad day cause he kept having an attitude and messing things up.
The staff is horrible and had a liberal waiting fir 30 min the cashier was rude a d so was the manger. Never going there again... I didn't even order after that mess.
Forgot food, replaced sauce on a sandwich and wasn’t told. They rush you! This place needs to be shut down it just keeps getting worse as the years pass
I encourage the owner to visit this location, unannounced. Try the iced coffee your serving, and check the temps of products. First time getting breakfast here, and the last. Yikes.
Great service, good to see some new faces, hot food...drive thru can be long sometimes, but overall, kudos to new team !!
It's 5 minutes before noon on a Monday and the doors are locked. No one showed up to work...I can see in the kitchen. Lights out no one home. Not a single car in the lot. Fire the entire shift and bring on the robots.
The coke,2 days in a row was totally undrinkable. Tastes like they haven't cleaned the machine in a few months. I got a "classic chicken" sandwich, which is supposed to be crispy...it was soggy. I couldn't finish it. Now my stomach hurts pretty bad. Not a great place.
