After a great customer service experience about a week ago, to yesterday at 5pm ordering 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, to clearing of the throat and responding we only have 1 piece left...seriously? I said never mind and went to the Middlebelt location and completed my order.
I ordered inside the store because I was on a break delivering for Amazon and I can't do the drive-thru with those big trucks. But anyways I ordered my food very specific I like my fries hot and well done and they made it just as I asked. Also the fries at other Wendy's are usually never filled up but today Here at this location they actually filled them as they should be and that was much appreciated. I usually order a 2nd order of fries because of this reason but I couldn't finish eating the 2nd one today. Good job today Wendy's ??
I ordered my breakfast sandwich with no cheese, it has cheese. Sausage is overcooked. Guess that's a wad of butter on top! Why do we tolerate garbage food at these higher prices? Well at least server was not rude.
Burgers were cold as if they were made the night before and they couldn't even bother reheating them, hopefully no food poisoning from improper handling of food. Forgot part of our order as well. Oh, and the fries were NOT crispy.
Employees (“kids”) inside spent more time goofing off than working, uproarious laughter heard through menu microphone and drive up window. Truly in need of adult supervision. Didn’t get my order right, fries were nearly cold. No bother trying to correct because these jokers weren’t going to get it done! I would’ve left a review through receipt but top half with identifying info conveniently torn off.
This place is normally good during lunch. Dinner this time though, currently sick and all I wanted was some hot chili. It was ice cold, Gazpacho. Stuff needs to be warmed and held at 165 degrees at all times. Normally wouldn't care but I was kind of depending on some hot food since I'm going somewhere for hours with no heating options.
I really hate giving a one star review but on March 14th I ordered a Dave’s double combo with some nuggets. It killed my appetite and I didn’t eat for the rest of the day. The next day I had the worst stomach ache and other stuff. I have been dealing with food poisoning and all the symptoms I won’t go on about. The staff are nice and friendly I got no problem with them. The food quality or cleanliness of the kitchen must have some kind of fault. I haven’t been able to eat for 3 days and have had to call in sick to work.
Purchased 2 biggie bags. Burnt, dry, gross and a large waste of money.
The bun was crusty and stale. Chicken was not crispy. They put lettuce on despite me saying no to it. We were missing a fry and pop. Over all a very bad exchange.
I've been coming to this Wendy's for Year's and I don't know who they promoted in the last 6 months but it has completely fallen apart. Just got lunch and the crew was screaming at each other, short changed me, and gave me spicy nuggets for my kid. Called to talk to the manager and spoken to completely disrespectfully. This is my first time leaving a negative review somewhere but it's gotten out of hand
